It's such a shame you don't have more like this. All the other knee friendly workouts for me aren't knee friendly :( I love that you are so real in your workouts and show the almost falling over and trying to keep your balance :) This workout is my absolute favourite and I do it everyday along with a 3 mile walk. This is a TRUE knee friendly workout WITHOUT compromising a sweaty challenge!!! MANY instructors tout "knee friendly " because SO many of us need them but then just do not deliver😢NOT THE CASE HERE!! And NO SQUATS OR LUNGES!!!! A DREAM come true!!!😂❤😂❤😂 3. Very challeging but with that valuable and awesome modification window (that I DEPEND on personally) this one is for just about anyone!!! 4. Beautiful mix of upper, lower and compound exercises and AWESOME low impact, FUN CARDIO segments!!! 5. As always, great form shown by Penny👍👍👍👍👍 6. The modifications are great (although I only use them when absolutely necessary!) and we can always lower or increase the weight to make it just right for us. I'm definitely getting fitter because I've had to buy heavier weights, AGAIN! Up to 5kg now. I love it and, at 57, I know I'm really impacting positively on my health. Thank you very much Penny. I love 30 min, I love combo and knee friendly. I do like single focus workouts mixed in through the week, ie legs or abs or whatever
