    The workout format was perfect as I am over 50 and more precise and controlled movements are my preference to avoid injury. Thanks Penny!!! Love my workouts as I call it my morning Prozac…🥰

    It's such a shame you don't have more like this. All the other knee friendly workouts for me aren't knee friendly :( I love that you are so real in your workouts and show the almost falling over and trying to keep your balance :) This workout is my absolute favourite and I do it everyday along with a 3 mile walk. Thank you and my son and my husband LOVE your sausage dog :)

    Penny this was good 😊 we need more of these knee friendly and 30 min are great I am having knee issues so I had to kind of modify a little little bit but I made it through and you had me sweating. Thank you it’s actually my first one of the new year.

    Another really good work out. It is hard to find a good HIIT session which works for us knee-cartilage-challenged chaps who still want to work hard, but you do them so well.

    This one has been on my TO DO list for a few weeks and I finally did it today. WHY DID I WAIT SO LONG!!????
    This workout is PERFECT. Serious perfection!!!! BY FAR, my favorite workout on your main channel, Penny (and I love many of them!!!)❤❤❤
    A few reasons why......
    1. Well, it's Penny "ROCKSTAR" Barnshaw for starters❤💐💐
    2. This is a TRUE knee friendly workout WITHOUT compromising a sweaty challenge!!! MANY instructors tout "knee friendly " because SO many of us need them but then just do not deliver😢NOT THE CASE HERE!!
    And NO SQUATS OR LUNGES!!!! A DREAM come true!!!😂❤😂❤😂
    3. Very challeging but with that valuable and awesome modification window (that I DEPEND on personally) this one is for just about anyone!!!
    4. Beautiful mix of upper, lower and compound exercises and AWESOME low impact, FUN CARDIO segments!!!
    5. As always, great form shown by Penny👍👍👍👍👍
    6. Music is really good or you can use your own beats👍🎶🎹🎸
    7. 30 minutes and Penny doesn't waste a second!!! Time FLEW BY and I was sad to see it was over. Crazy, huh!?..
    8. ALL STANDING AND NO BURPEES!! Right there, that makes it a favorite!!!😊😊
    I could go on because this is truly my newest FAVORITE workout EVER!!! Right to the very top of my favorites list. I loved every second of it!
    PLEASE, Penny, MORE like this!!!!! All standing, truly knee friendly!!! These are so needed by many women!!!

    🤩🤩👋👋💪🏻💪🏻this was so fun, Penny 🤩 great mix of strength and cardio and some challenging moves 😂 (balance and coordination challenged sometimes 🤣).

    I love 30 min, I love combo and knee friendly. I do like single focus workouts mixed in through the week, ie legs or abs or whatever

    This was an awesome workout Penny!!! I really needed a lower impact workout today and this was perfect. Challenging enough to raise my heart rate and make me sweat but was easier on my joints. The no repeat format makes the workout fly by! Thank you SO much Penny!

      @@garagefitnessgirl It's definitely challenging, manageable and fun so you are succeeding. The modifications are great (although I only use them when absolutely necessary!) and we can always lower or increase the weight to make it just right for us. I'm definitely getting fitter because I've had to buy heavier weights, AGAIN! Up to 5kg now. I love it and, at 57, I know I'm really impacting positively on my health. Thank you very much Penny. I've sent your videos to all my friends and family. x 😁😁

    I stumbled across your page earlier this month and boy am I happy I did!! I absolutely LOVE all of the workouts I’ve done of yours. They are fun AND a challenge. I will be 41 in a couple of weeks and having some issues with my knee so more knee friendly workouts would be awesome!!
