I have a 2024 bmw m2 6-speed manual and a 2023 audi r8 rwd, and my r8 is being fitted with vf supercharging and will be finished next week.you made a good choice👍

The r8 rwd performance comes with carbon ceramics and sport buckets. But its a +2023 car i believe. Also what made ypu choose this over say a 991.2 gt3 or 991.1 gt3 RS. Thats what im currently considering

@@chadvehiclesourcing9696 I have not driven R8. I have driven plenty FWD, RWD, and AWD. For me most fun comes from RWD. More speed is not more fun to me.
@@MeijaJanis speed adds to the fun though no? My point is they’re obviously thoroughly enjoying themselves in this video, rwd or quattro with the type of driving in this video ie no skidding and sliding, the experience would only be enhanced in an r8 q as it would be faster! As they say in the video it feels quick but doesn’t feel super quick… which is where the v10 plus with over 600bhp would definitely satisfy the need for speed. 👌🏻👌🏻📈
@@MeijaJanis if you prefer rwd then my two thoughts on that would be, either you haven’t driven a powerful enough four wheel drive with a rear wheel bias power delivery… or you enjoy the sense of feeling like you could end up in a hedge at any minute 😂👌🏻 that’s the beauty of cars tho we all like what we like!

Driven the V10 on track. Amazing car but something to me is missing in the R8 styling. They have always bored me. That M4 looked so much better IMO. If I get another supercar, it'll be another Turbo S...anyhow who cares about my opinion...enjoy that R8!

R8 doesn’t do it for me never has, even though big Audi fan. Each to their own and all that, but that M4 was fucking mega 🔥 lucky new owner I’m sure.

Largest downside to the stock R8 is the paddles. They’re so mushy and small it’s like you’re changing gears in a Honda Accord

Your better off not having carbon ceramics anyway as they are not needed, dont improve breaking on a daily driver, also squeak when cold so not great for a daily driver.

Just my opinion but the second gen R8 is nowhere near as pretty as the first gen, its just way prettier to look at especially the Le Man racecars
