Probably going to have to replace them all eventually, very common fault that the solenoid fails. I replaced 1 and then 3 months later another one went while on holiday. Got it towed back and replaced the reaming 3.
One of my injectors went on me had the injector replaced so called fixed it took the to 70mph car gave up on me took it back garage they so called fixed it again now theres a tapping noise coming from engine plus dpf light comes on spent £650 so far on the car 61plate lad a work says injector 1 sounds rough not sure what to do
Had my injector replaced 1 day ago after the car went on limp mode right passing the bridge in Edinburgh. The issue was injector number 2, low voltage or something like, but after it was replaced i can hear a tapping sound that i never heard before. The problem is i had to drive 27 miles to get in the city to get towed.
@@sandyande Hello my friend, I have the 5008 (2010) and I recently replaced the injectors. My problem is this, I codify them but I do not run on the road at 2600rpm, for ten days it works well and then it starts to tremble at the beginning, I coded them again in the same way and it does the same things again. Is it my fault that I do not do it right because I do not run at 2600rpm? May this be, please I want your opinion. thanks
Which program do you use to see the programming cycles? The mechanic I went have no idea yo do after replacing the injector. At the moment my car is in safe mode after injector replacement and t cannot go over 3000 rpm. Is this expected and will it clear after 3 programming cycles?
I just bought the New launch x431 v + 4.0 for 850 quid, looked at every tool out there and this was the best by far, Autel maxi sys - had one in the past which blew up in my hand 1 week after warranty ended, Autel UK would not do a thing about it, So Autel in my opinion are F****** out !.
@@sandyande Its speed of connection and data streaming thats the winner for me. Its so fast to get straight to the area your looking at, the coverage is good aswell.
Hi there. I have just replaced cylinder 3 injector on my Peugeot 3008 2011 1.6 Hdi Diesel Manual. I keep getting code P12A7 on my Bluetooth OBD app which my app can't read and states 'unknown error'. From Googling, this appears to be 'flow not sufficientcon injector 3' (the injector replaced). I replaced it at home on my driveway with a friend that has Peugeot planet diagnostics software. We input the new 6 digit code, but what we didn't do is the programming that you did toward the end of this video. Is the programming necessary or will the car learn the injector over time? Do you think the code P12A7 is as a result of not programming the injector? Thanks in advance

Did they code it?

Yes I agree I tend to jump for the launch as my first tool more and more, it's not perfect but for sheer value it's hard to beat cheers sandy

I would just run the car and if the MIL light doesn’t come on then all is 👍
@sandyande I should specify the EML/MIL comes on and car enters limp mode every time P12A7 is registered.
My Launch also just ran out. I'm thinking Autel maybe Maxisys?
How much torque does the injectors clamp need and stud nut? Engine is the same HDI 1.6 DS3 2011 Citroen
Autel maxisys. Never had a problem with it
When your driving at 2600 rpm, do you have to keep it there for a little while first? I was trying it today and couldn’t get it to reset, thanks
Hi mate, what device do you have to coding those injectors?
I have absolutely the same problem. Can you help fix this? Where are you based in Scotland? I'm from Glasgow.
Call Steven Seddon on 01324 810111 he's a good guy and is located in Bonnybridge Falkirk
Hi Freind,Do I have to program the new Injector when I replace it? because I dont have Scanner
Just install it and try! It may just work perfect without a scanner 👍
@@sandyande Thanks my Freind
