The British Expeditionary Force offers you a solid bunch of British lads sent over to Europe to try and stop the relentless tide of the German Blitzkrieg. These were the folks who fought hard and fell back to Dunkirk which you could play out on the tabletop.
The hard plastic miniatures in the set allow you to make the BEF or your Home Guard soldiers for defending Blighty from invasion. You get a great range of weapon options in the set for creating the troops you require.

They are very nice and made some of mine for BEF and some for Home Guard. Now they need to produce some early war German Infantry and Paras

You can also add some of the stuff from the World War 1 set and use them for 1930's what if conflicts or even variety for Home Guard/ LDV units

These will be useable for more than you might expect, with care can be used for North Africa and the Far East, up to 1945 although conversions might be necessary

IIRC didn’t the Home Guard have different SAA pouches as opposed to the ‘Bren’ magazine pouches moulded here?

BEF back every fortnite... okay that is a mean comment but first a BEF got kicked out of Norway, then the main BEF got kicked out of France and then they had to evacuate from Greece... but that makes them a great set... at these occations there was hard pressed fighting and more infantry heavy than later in the war

Nothing new from this company, this company is dead and for over 5 years they have not produced Iron Core, 2 years ago they said new items were coming but never saw the light of day. And now thye are doing it again saying new items coming just to attempt to buy interests. My advice avoid Wargames atlantic and buy elsewhere!
