Isn’t the curry paste used for this dish different than just “red curry paste?”
Okay. Interesting. Kao Soi made with red curry paste. That is a first. And by the way it is not a curry dish but a curry soup. So lots of broth. Also liked the way you dunked halve a lime in the soup. It is normally served in parts next to the soup so you can squeeze them without having to fish them out the soup first. Like somebody else said in the comments it is a cop out version. But I liked the way you carefully selected the authentic backdrop.

Butchered the recipe. For goodness sake take this video down. It's an insult to people to who cook authentic khao soi. U have used so many short cuts to the recipe I really doubt it tastes like khao soi.
