    Two things most garment printers struggle with - Pretreating and Curing the t-shirt. Now there’s a solution, the ONE•STEP machine takes these tasks and makes it a pleasure to do.

    Over the last 10 years the evolution of DTG printing has been focused on increasing the speed of the printers and making them both more reliable and easier to maintain.

    But now that DTG printers have become printers have become faster and more efficient (and less expensive) the real inefficiencies have become apparent. Those inefficiencies are in what happens before you print, and what happens afterwards.
    Because up until this moment, pretreating and pre-curing a garment has been clumsy, messy and inefficient. And curing the shirts still uses the same technology it did 10 years ago!

    I love this system. Glad to see the folks at Belquette making advancements for the DTG industry. I remember showing Bret why I used to pre-treat and dry with a conveyor dryer to git rid of the ugly box from the heat press. Great system, keep it up guys

    I like the idea of this... would work beautifully in our shop. Question, how would you go about handling double sided pretreated/printed garments? Meaning, would the pretreat process on the 2nd side effect the 1st side's print... or should the entire shirt (both sides) be pretreated before any printing/curing?

    • @ryanpalmer5728
      @ryanpalmer5728 2 роки тому +1

      You have to pretreat one side, print it, flip it over, and pretreat then print the other side. You would not get good prints by pretreating both sides then printing both sides.
