Im using my Pearl Elite for the 1st time. I put one end of the hose into the pretreatment bottle, & the other end into the quick connect. but when I press auto prime, or manual prime, no fluid comes out. I dont think my lines are filling.
Purchased a Pearl Elite, and no user manual. WTF! I pressed the fan icon on the touch screen and the fan did not come on. Is it defective on this brand new unit?!! Any thoughts? ???
If i remember correctly the fan only turns on when it is spraying. You should here a slight difference when you are spraying but you wont here it at idle. I think anyway. I don't have a unit to test at the moment.

I just purchased the elite and the digital interface is completely different from this video. I downloaded the user manual from the website, and it shows the same interface that's in this video. Does anyone else have a different interface than shown on the website, video, and manual?

Same! This is happening to me too and this video has a completely different interface so I don’t know if I’m doing it wrong.
I have a pearl lite ptm and was wondering if you know where i can vuy the electrical parts to repair it. I cant seem to find anything. Thank you

My tube stopped filtering water. How do I fix that? Or remove the hose?
