Hope you are right mate, the derailleur is old tech which is the Achilles heal of all bikes, only reason we aren’t seeing gearboxes more is the control of huge derailleur manufacturers like Shimano and SRAM
I’ve a Voima and it’s a full on enduro rig. Yep it’s got 190mm front and back but it doesn’t feel too much on regular trails. It’s really well balanced and nimble. Corners and climbs really well but crikey is it fast downhill

I really appreciate the content there isn't many sources for emtbs with this incredible flood of constant new product. Tried finding the pro bike compare I'd suggest adding that link into the description as well and possibly to the bike finder so you can switch between the finders.

Well, you missed the new Spectral:ON CFR, maybe one of the Rocky Mountains - both with massive 900 Wh batteries available. And, the new Husqvarna might make it top 10 ;) Anyway, a solid list there.

I also live near el Pardo and it os the place I ride and train. I have a Trek Remedy and I am thinking about buying a new bike but I have a mess with the range of the suspension. My Remedy has 150mm range and I am not sure if I am overbiked for el Pardo trails (Palomar, Tubo, etc.) I enjoyed a lot but it is a bit heavy. Would you recommend me to buy a bike with less range for these trails?? Which is for you the best range?? Downcountry (120mm) or trail bike (140-150) Thank you in advance!!
7:00 The Nicolaj G1 eboxx has gear hub in the rear (Rohloffe14).. It’s a cool, but it’s not a combined motor and gearbox like something like the Intradrive on the Orange Phase MX prototype…..Personally I would take the Pole Voima and slap on a kindernay Vii gearhub and same gates belt system as the Nicolaj;) Also, both the Pole and Orange phase MX have the advantage for belt drive since you don’t have to split up the frame to put on the belt ;) The intradrive combined gearbox and motor uses the same mount and size of the EP8 so you could in theory fit it on any EP8 ebike
What about the fantic integra xmf 1.7 carbon race killer spec rolling on mullet. axs sram gears. Rental bars & stem. Carbon frame. Off set spokes on the rear. Brose motor. 720wha battery. Magura mt7 brakes £7.500 steal 👌
I agree with the you, if I can have just one of these bikes, it would be the Unno Boos! It's radical to the maximum. All other e-bikes are sh*ttin' purple Twinkies. No. 2 on my list would be the G1 Eboxx. It's pushing carbon belt drive and internal gear technology forward. Fascinating.
For sure...Those are seven interesting bikes! At this time, I am waiting for the next version of the Specialized Levo SL S-Works to handle my future trailing needs. Probably would be a Kenevo if I was downhill oriented.

The moment you added the SWORKS… LEVO SLw/30W Brose… without the Orbea Rise M10 Pro… 60W Shimano EP6-SL you lost me… Suggest you keep it boutique or mass production… this is not a level playing field. Let alone mixing in the Wild or Turbo LEVO etc.
The best trails I've ridden don't allow emtbs. So what's the point of owning one. Don't bring your emtb to Park City where they have 450 miles of single track. Don't bring it to Jackson,Wy. or Sun Valley, Id. either. I guess if I want a motor I'll buy a 250 enduro with a real motor. I'm the motor on my bike which I've been doing for 36yrs. and I'm 75yrs old. I've been riding bikes for 70+yrs. Dump the motor and get in shape!
My tech vote goes to G1 EBOXX because of forward thinking gearbox integration. Soon all e-bikes will have internal gearboxes (me thinks 🤓) Nice List!

Yeah, this is my pick, these guys make amazingly fast bikes, both up, diwn and flat. Steo seat angle and slack front is a killer combination.

Nice bikes but I'll be holding off while it's still a choice between a nice Ducatti, BMW motorcycle, new car for the Mrs or Trek electric bicycle.

I think the Trek Rail 5 is a fantastic buy for $5600.00 in the USA (if you can find any Trek Rail model available).
