almost finish building my sc6.4. Things that are helpful are having a 5/64" allen for the ball diff thrust bolt. Green slime was not included for the shocks and would be nice to have. From what I'm reading on google its kinda a special formula. I went with stealth clear grease for now so I can run it today. I read vaseline could also work as a temporary solution too. In the manual it says that the rear sway bar is optional and doesn't come with the kit but mine did which was nice.
I just picked up a B74.2D not too long ago. Having taken other AE cars almost completely apart, this build went along pretty smoothly. While I didn't grease the threads, I did squeeze them with pliers to make them move a little more freely when it came to adjusting them (a trick the manual suggests to get the suspension to move freely). And the turnbuckles threaded pretty easily compared to other ballcups of previous cars. I was also surprised at how well the kit setup handled the dusty and loose conditions of the outdoor track I run at. Granted, I only had a 13.5 motor in it when I tested it. Love the style of your videos by the way. Something unique.
I love my Truck. It is not for beginners though. It has really improved my skills over all because you relly have to drive careful as to not to not clip things with those big tires LOL.
Ridiculous that it doesn't include a body. I ordered this kit before realizing it wasn't included. Honestly, I might have thought twice had I known that. Just seems cheap to me, it's not like there are a bunch of options for ST bodies.
Most people are not sponsored and don't choose a different body until they destroy the factory body. Most people are just club racing and spending a fortune which in turn supports the sponsered guys. Im tired of paying more and getting less. You used to be able to build the kit and only need electronics. They even had freaking tires in the kits back in the day. Then in order to justify getting rid of the tires and wheels they say oh most people choose different ones than we were putting in the kit so we just don't put them in there anymore, while still charging you the same amount it used to cost when it came with wheels and tires and now no freaking body. They could have put the t6.2 body in the damn kit. I'm tired of having to buy a bunch of extra shit seperatly just to build the damn kit. Im done. I will run my current fleet until I cant get parts anymore and then I will quit racing. F this industry.
I love racing, but to me building a new kit is the best part of the hobby. As always, great content mate, keep it coming.
Great looking body and paint job.
Awesome vid man!, that 3DS internet setup music takes me back

Nice chassis, cool vid. You’re doing well. I prefer buggies myself, but, meh.
Awesome video. Can't wait to get my first kit one day. Really like the new Tekno SCT but looks a bit intimidating.
Tekno kits are quite easy to build. So if you were to start out with a kit that would be a good one
