My dog absolutely looks at me funny when I do Madeleine's excercises, I'm choosing to interpret that as a sign they work and get sounds out of me doggo hasn't heard before.
Amazing! Thank you!! Stylized speech/sexy talking. When singing we become more aware. Observe but don’t control. Your whole intro was so comforting and inspirational.
I loved this excercise. It helped me understand and traine how to pass through diferent resonances. Really good not only for mix voice! So good for simply singing! ❤ Flowing through the notes in the present moment as it is. Loved it!
omg i missed you. that new intro is so banger too. crazy how i was thinking i could use another exercise to blend my registers because i’m rehearsing a song that jumps from chest to a belt. thank you!!!
yes!!!! its just sleep time now...but i will definitely do this tomorrow... thank you... your videos really helped me a lot...like a lot! i never thought i could hit high notes with ease and appreciate doing low notes as well... youre a blessing to me...THANK YOU 💖💖💖💖💖💖💖
This tip literally change my singing to good but bland and slightly off pitch (I’m being a tad dramatic I’m not that bad) to how I’ve always wanted my voice to sound. Genuinely thank you so much
This is an awesome n break through video. I finally understand what many say: sing like you speak. I did not really exactly get it It has so much science behind it n thank God for your explanation n illustrations. Singing is like stylish/sexy talking !!! The “ yes etc.” exercises really helps me to under how my vocal muscles works in singing, n how the air flows within my mouth n nose. I finally can sing comfortably n with a better vocal cord closures.
Exactly what I needed at this point of my journey. Although my focus is on Greek music I couldn't have navigated this amazing instrument alone, if it wasn't for your fun and precise videos. Lots of love :D
Did we really go up to D5?! Amazing! Instant tone and resonance gained on top notes. Wow! Thanks so much. I'm finally understanding about mouth and nose space and sending air forward or back. Such amazing work you do.
These are valuable tools to become aware of the physical changes with different sounds. What are the corresponding changes in the guttural and nasal sounds absent in English and essential to French?
I listen to you say, particularly on the Yuk exercise to use the tongue to control kind of this sound in the direction that it goes. I sometimes notice that my job will become involved as well. So I have been trying to stabilize the jar and only use the tongue. Is that what you meant or does the jaw sometimes become involved in also changing that resonating shape?
Singing is artistic talking. For me to think of it as sexy makes me feel like I will never be any good at it. Just in case anyone else needed to hear that too.
Adorable puppy! I'm a big fan of your videos, but I am a bit unsure where to start with improving my singing, when I've not learnt anything before. I can sing on pitch and I sing all the time (but terribly!), however I have absolutely no clue where to start, there's so much to learn. Could you do a video or even just a list of where would be good to start when you know "nothing"?
10:20 I've been listening to this warm-up in a background and thought that here's another air raid alarm. :D thanks for the methodics, greetings from Ukraine!
Oh, I’m doing your last video right now, and I find this which was not on your channel an hour ago… Or at least I didn’t see it on my device somehow… That’s so weird…
My voice keeps breaking with the yuck sound which is probably where my mixed voice isnt connecting in the scale. how do i connect it so it stops breaking as i go from the ye- to the yuh sound?
Your dog so used to her mommas warm ups she's not even phased 🤣 I love your videos and am so glad you're back!
