The location and the developer of Tilal Al Ghaf are great, it is becoming a very popular location for families. If you plan on staying in Dubai for the foreseeable future then buying is a good option as rents are likely to stay inflated in the villa market for the next 3 - 5 years :)

In this particular video i was thinking of TownX, but, there are many more good developers to choose from :)
What about luxur by imtiaz near five and first selection .. i saw their quality in westwood .. and it is real that will be metro station in that exact location ?
Imtiaz is a good developer and have delivered high-quality product. The metro will eventually come to JVC - book in a call if you want any further information :)

I’m trying to form a view for the best area for budget of 1.4 .. and i saw the luxor tower in district 14 that 1.4 million offers you 2 bedrooms fully furnished with high quality. I will book a call with you, but sounds good investment??
@@K84560046 around AED 1.4m you can get some great options in JVC, you just need to be selective with the developer for example: Ellington, Iman, TownX and Imtiaz are some. Next need to breakdown the micro location / amenities to analyse the most suitable investment for this budget :)

What’s a good area to buy land in Dubai?
That depends on your budget, generally areas with limited amount of land left are most desirable. If you are looking for value for money in an area that is close to central Dubai then Al Furjan you can get land at reasonable prices :)
