How would you lend a dynamic movement of wind in that scene so that your viewers would definitely get that feeling without it looking like a fairy tale book illustration?
The best way to do that is to observe what those trees would be doing when a strong wind is blowing through them. Some of the smaller ones would be leaning slightly, all in the same direction, and the foliage would be slightly flattened on the wind side and tilted, Observation of nature is always your key for finding out how to show its behavior.
