    I work as Accountant but I'm passionate about HR , making changes in organization. So I'm starting to build more knowledge skills to take charge and build my career in HR.

    Great content, thank you! This served as validation for how I have approached my HR career. I’d like to see more on your comment “people don’t know what HR does” from the perspective of outsiders looking in to HR. I often get frustrated with how some think it’s merely administrative in nature. It is so much more complex than that!

    Switching from Engineering to HR😂
    I am still setting foot my very first step, i have aimed to become BP in my future. I think I interact with people related issues that are way more interesting than doing process improvement for products.
