- Mackie 1202 VLZ mixer uses TRS 1/4" jacks which are stereo. A special cable has a TRS 1/4" jack on one end, and an XLR on the other end. ??? It is a low impedence set up, three wires, 180 degrees out of phase, and when it gets to the destination it recombines the audio signal and cancels noise. Get yourself a cheapie Mackie 1202 VLZ for a C Note. These sounds are not great yet, but useable. Great feel, capability. Maybe a PLG150 plug in board in the near future. PF Piano Forte.
You play very good sir
I LIKE THE YAMA SOUND AND THE CP80 & EP SOUND AS WELL IN THE USER SECTION.
Yes, the CP sound is excellent. All of them are on the PL 150 plug in board. Not much in the base unit.
Add the plg150 and put your nord down 👍👍👍
I did add the PLG-150, and yes it added ALL of those tasty keyboard sounds. CP-70, TX-802 stacks, Clav, and all kinds of Rhodes.
Can't afford a nord!

very cool it’s still pro end thanks for reply
@@Par3pio2 which plg-150 did you put in? Sorry in advance if you said it in the video and I missed it...
@@jeremymelton8161 There are two keyboard plug ins. The PLG-150 is the one with the old school sounds. There is another keyboard card, but it is newer grands and is not diverse.
How do we save presets for quick onstage changes?
I love the key feel of the S90 SX or ES. I have a lot of Yamaha boards Nearly as good as the CP series. Better than the P series. It feels fast and comfy when I play it. I also have a couple of Kurzweil 88 key boards PC2X, PC3X ---- fantastic keybeds, nice grand piano feel on both boards. Maybe even slightly better than the S90's. But just slightly. I usually notice "key feel" immediately after I start playing and then for about 5 minutes. After 5 minutes they all kinda feel the same to me.
Habla mucho y toca poco.,.......típico!!!
