nice touch when death took away your piano powers (skills) and then you re-arranged the harmony to look like it was true but... even so the end was really nice I guess that someone like you, with an amazing talent cant hide it.
There is a gentleness to the melody of Dracula's Castle that I'd like to see captured, with the tempo of everything slowed down to accommodate, with the quantity of notes dropped and the notes themselves drawn out.
OH MY GOD DEATH TOOK THE BEST PIANO PLAYERS POWERS!! The only thing he took from me was my power to not play this game in one sitting ( I really love this game) thanks
Verdegrand, this is fucking original right down to the video! :P this is also 1 of those games I played over & over again when I was younger and I'm glad you have made this style of video for this cover! :D
words can't describe what an awesome job you did to transform this piece onto the piano. Here I thought that this song was almost impossible to translate onto the piano and still sound good but you did a great job!!!
!!! am loving the integration between the videogame footage here - that was some skillfull playing at the start - and quite a romantic feeling piece. the melancholy at the end though *sigh* :/
I just downloaded a PS1-emulator on my computer, and then the ISO-file for the game. Works perfectly fine, and I'm able to play the game wherever I go!
@DrakillT True, but the 1st stage of Castlevania (the 1st for the NES) and the 2nd stage of Rondo (not stage 2', but stage 2) is also very similar, even though the story takes place in entirely different times, not 5 years like Rondo and SotN. But yea, I see what you mean.
@TheIrezasRise Some of the parts in Castlevania (I mean the castle itself now) are very similar to each other in the different games. Take Rondo of Blood and compare it to SotN at 0:47 to 1:35. You will find that part of the castle pretty simiar to a part in Stage 2. Also, otside the clocktower in SotN where The Tragic Prince is played all the way to the boss, you will find it very similar to the stage after beating physical Shaft in Rondo.
@inferno5369 Hmmm I've 4gt the website already. I was finding the sheet music whn I have ntg to do during my semester break n I found this one... Lols mayb if u could giv me ur email n i'll send it over for u =) I think its the same bt this one has some minor changes...

I was cracking up after you lost your "equipment". XD Beautifully portrayed. LOL
Please please please PLEASE write down the sheets to this MAGNIFICENT piece! =)
It is so awesome beyond words. Dracula's Theme Forever!
What is a song? A miserable little pile of notes? But enough talk. HAVE AT YOU!!

Like at 2:33?
OH MY GOD DEATH TOOK THE BEST PIANO PLAYERS POWERS!! The only thing he took from me was my power to not play this game in one sitting ( I really love this game) thanks
It took me a long while, but I finally understood why the second part of the video has such a simple arrangement. You really thought this through!
I'M INTERESTED IN THIS.
Verdegrand, this is fucking original right down to the video! :P
this is also 1 of those games I played over & over again when I was younger and I'm glad you have made this style of video for this cover! :D

hahahahaha i didnt understoond your video until now... VERY NICE DUDE, COOL IDEA :P
Lovely!
Wait a minute; this area is very similar to the early area of Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow. WHAT.
Also, awesome playing in both tune and game.
This is really cool
Aw at the sad face at the end. TT^TT

EXCELLENT!!
perfect!!
i love you verdegrand. and i love this video :D
Awesome ^^
YES. Man that's good.
dude this song really reminds me of the smash 4 theme
anyone got sheets for this?? i got lot to trade with.
Wonderful! Despite the small mistakes, the lefthand work around 1.03 makes up for it! And so does the rest of the piece. The 1.38 part is spot on.
There needs to be another 6 or 7 zeroes added to the end of those likes.... wonderful arrangement.

This is the greatest arrangement for this song. Why dont upload a complete version of them? I mean, without Death's dialogue.
This is Rad!
wonderfully constructed bass from 1.00. do you mind sharing what you wrote for that portion?
I need More Castlevaniaaaa, please, play "Gears Go Arwy" by Portrait of Ruin. Excellent play
OMG this song is amazing!!! How did you learn it?
He's talented, practiced for years and writes his own score. Dedication at it's finest. :)
The gamer in me wants to hold back this next bit... but show us your hands!
PS3 and 360 both have great ports of the game, the 360 one has some enhancements but I guess it comes to console preference.
Nice man =D
WOW.
90's scanlines FTW!
NOSTALGIA NIVEL ON
hehe neat XD Love it.
Alright!!! Thanks!!!
Hahaha.....now you've left me wondering.
just great!! do you have any piano sheets for this great piece? I'd love to learn that as well...
Do you have the piano sheet music available?
...hahahahaHAHAHAHA!! Very clever!! ^^
OHH ahhaa I get it now xD nice one!
@alvin4351
lol took me a while to realize what happened at 2:30
Alucard is so badass!
My MOst favorite game in PS1!.. so NOstalgic T_T
Would’ve been funny if the dialogue between death and Adrian was also piano
@daigoro789 It's supposed to be that way; it's as if Death took the player's playing skills, hence why the end section doesn't sound perfect.
Do you have the piano sheet for this one?
@MSarrow Yes it is...
200% :B
2013 :D
What do you mean "still watching this", though? People searching for game music might come across this, and find it intriguing. :)
...oh! Hahahaha, very clever!!
fuckin win like usual
Please write the sheet music down for us!

you have the lapis lazuli? XD
Do you have a synthesia account?
series*
I Need Sheet music of this!
Sheett music please! :C
I usually level grind at the mermen until I'm level 10 or something.
Swordsmage SOTN is pretty easy, i don't think you need grind for any enemy :P
Yeah, but I'm the kind of person that enjoys level grinding so my character gets ridiculously powerful. And because they drop zircon.
I don't like grinding mainly because it is repetitive and when you have your OP character the game becomes boring (in case of most games).
@inferno5369 Hmmm I've 4gt the website already. I was finding the sheet music whn I have ntg to do during my semester break n I found this one... Lols mayb if u could giv me ur email n i'll send it over for u =) I think its the same bt this one has some minor changes...
