- ZAV is one of the most important document during Visa process in Germany.
As i have mentioned in the video here is the list of documents needed for applying ZAV:
1. Work contract, signed by the company
2. Job description form, “Stellenbeschreibung”
3. Proof of qualifications, which can be either a university degree or relevant work experience
4. Justification letter from the company explaining why you are the best candidate for the position
5. Application for permission to work, “Antrag auf Erlaubnis einer Beschäftigung”

In this type Visa checklist there is not mentioned ZAV letter
But now I got mail from German counslate , they are asking for ZAV letter...
But my employer is not agree for this...
So if I am not going submit ZAV letter then they will reject my Visa or not ?
I already submitted all the documents on 5th of August
And I got mail from counsalate on 22nd August and they gived me time till 30th September ....

or we can take the print-out from the aubin website regarding the course and university from where i got the degree .
For ZAV letter you can ask to your organization where you are starting your job, they will give you in few days and there are no other form you would need to fill in this case.

Hello, Thank you so much for watching. Once you will take the appointment for work visa you will receive the list for required documents. Where your job contract and your qualification documents are the most necessary ones. For the time: - It will not take much time if you also have ZAV letter but if you do not have it than you can expect 1-2 months for completing the whole process(In covid it depends on the effect of it on the time of your appointment)
got visa appointment at Mumbai on Aug 17 and needs to join on Sept 1. So please help us in letting us know is there any process to get it earlier because on vfs portal all appointmet are booked till Dec 2022. Also how to make process faster for visa. Appointment can only been taken from VFS site so there is no other way to take this appointment. But if you have ZAV than your visa approval will get prioritize. For ZAV please ask to your organization.

ZAV letter is not needed for applying blue card, as I said internally you will get approved from German govt for work in Germany when you start working but getting this pre approval will help in visa process 👍 You can get ZAV details in Germany’s office website of the city from where you got the job offer and you can share the details with your company.
Thanks for the information. Have some doubts regarding ZAv. I got an offer from a company it provided me an EZB letter, meanwhile, I got an offer from another company that is better, SO can I proceed with the second company for visa processing or will it create any problem?
Yes you can.... also if you have shared your ZAV for an appointment than sent them an email with the new ZAV to update the appointment Detais.

last week I got employment contract and EZB Letter, but i didn't get any ZAV letter.
I want to know, How to ask to the employer about ZAV Letter.
You can ask your HR that you need ZAV letter mentioning little detail about it and also add the point that it will faster the Visa process.

Could you please tell me how much time the visa process will take if someone is having ZAV-approval?
It is faster like within a week, in my case we got the visa approval in 24 hours.

Thank you for the feedback🙏 Yes you do not need any approval if you got the job contract already 👍 but receiving ZAV will still help you in visa process, so if your employer is ready to provide you ZAV letter than take it.

This really unusual, because this is very common document and there is no way that someone who is coming for work does not need it. Just check if the document created by your organization or they received it like this only.

Since I have already sent my degree to the employer and got a response from ZAV that this is EU blue card case and does not require pre-approval. Further mentioning to request local german embassy in India, Mumbai to ask, To which I havent received any reply till date after writing lot of mails. Now the process has changed compared to previous process. Now you can get an appointment in VFS only. Check the website and take an appointment.

If you get ZAV than you just need the required documents and back logs obviously does not matter when you already have a job offer and a ZAV approval.

You have to see the contact details in the site, there you will find contact email I’d and number. Call on the number and ask them for the appointment also mention that you have ZAV letter. They will book an appointment for you and ask you to forward the copy of ZAV letter. Than All the updates you will get in your email ID

Unfortunately you can not do anything to get the appointment faster …. Vfs is the only one who gives the appointment and it’s based on slots they have. But one thing you need to make sure that you have also submitted your zav while taking the appointment.

You can check with embassy if they still consider the ZAV letter, according to the rules you have to submit it with your documents. Even in case of ZAV you should take an appointment and inform them about the zav letter so that it will be clear at the time of appointment day.

I am having a Job in Germany since 2019 got 3 rejections perfected all the docs to their best like qualification recognition recognition and applied in 2020 and 15 days later lockdown started rejected and then recalled in August 2020 ... Still waiting for a decision....Any help will be appreciated in my case....
I am sorry to here it. I would suggest to make a call directly in embassy. I just see this would be a best way to get the answers.

Hello... so ZAV is a document which helps to get the visa process faster and smoother but with this you should have all the required documents. So check with embassy what all documents are needed for the visa you are applying for. Do not just assume but call them and tell them about what visa type you want to apply and what all documents you have.
@@LifeTilesOfDesiCouple actually i got ZAV on the based on my diploma certificate and passport but now Embessy said show your bechlor or master degree which is i not done and i got ZAV on the behalf of diploma certificate so german federation authorities accept my diploma but Embessy asking degree for employment visa .so any idea what should i do now because i dont have degree 😞

Congratulations, one question though - Have you also sent the ZAV to the embassy? Also once you are done with your appointment your visa approval will be coming mostly in a week(if everything goes well in your appointment). And after visa approval the stamping will be done in just a week.

Take the appointment together and you can get the visa approval at the same time. Than if you want you can travel alone first ( or with your wife) and than call you wife after a month or two. But in this case your wife’s visa would be approved faster and easier.
If you have masters degree from Germany and your job is related to your degree but you are living in india. So in that case do you require zav/Ba vorabzustimmung??
As I said ZAV is a pre approval and will make your visa process faster and easier. So if you are in India than getting a ZAV will be beneficial for you.

@@nadirchaudhary5588 So these two are different things do not mix it .... zav is for employer and employee approval related from German govt. it does not matter what degree you have, also as i Said in the Video that it’s not mandatory but how it helps getting your visa faster and easier.

I received the ZAV letter 2 weeks back itself.
But I am unable to schedule an appointment in VFS Bangalore. I got automated mail stating that I am on the waiting list.
My Visa validity started on November 1st. Any idea how to get an appointment? I have a shortage of time and I am losing time here in India itself.

Company doesn’t need to pay for ZAV. And of course ZAV is not mandatory but as I explained it has benefits which is important.

It depends on your organization who applied, for me i got it in just 1 week.

@@vineshsaini6454 if it is one of the documents then please contact to your organization and send them the list of documents you need and ask for ZAV letter. They can give you at least a soft copy.

I think you don't worry if you can get the soft copy from organization then fine else ask your HR to give you an email writing that they applied for it and send you the copy as soon as they will receive the letter. You can provide the email as a proof and talk to the interviewer that this is what the situation is. The time limit is always depends on the interviewer.
Is we need zav for ausbildung vocational courses.
I don’t think it is needed for this , but you can check in the required documents list for the same.
