Them door panels r outstanding love that old school build brings tears to my eyes god bless u bob and don cant wait until she done to see her spit fire and burning rubber
Just sittin here watching the CMT Christmas show and watching RRB and RRFA back and forth, learning some stuff even though I'm as old as you kids. Panels came out awesome!
Hi Boys, woooee aint she lookng good in her new designer threads, you really are digging deep into that incredible mind of magic ideas, always leaves glad I,ve been with you since the beginning, with all the other road killing machines take care bro,s cya next time
Bob you never fail to amaze me on doing things I love watching how you come up with things and how you do it. I would love to meet you one day. May you have a blessed safe Christmas and new year stay safe and continue building.👍👍👍👍
Rat Rod 101. That door panel is very 😎. You Bob, and Diff are my two favorite rat rod builders. That feller that can't finish a build in Nova Scotia is a legend in his own mind. You guys are the real deal.
I like this idea. Great inspiration and probably more resilient than the card panels I made up for my VW. Might just have to make a bead=roller and het rolling! Thanks Bob!
Nice work, Bob. Thanks for sharing. Now, some non-metalic gaskets and stainless screws to mount the panels. Wouldn't want galvanic corrosion to eat away all yer hard work on the bead roller. 👍
Bob, you don't make as many Videos as the others car builders, but when you do, they are spot on Brother, it's kick ass that you are so versatile with your builds, Motor, Transmissions Interiors, Man you are great at everything..
"And it didn't cost a million dollars to do it" yet it improved it a million words worth! Too much mail at this time of year and for me its a fight to just stay on this side of the dirt. I will get things done and of course stay with us all cause quit ain't in me. I love the flame effect so very much. I bet it would be a piece of work to make a metal flame effect all the way down both sides of this rig on the outsides
Hey Bob, the door panels turned out cool, you can kinda say you did em twice to make em nice, lol, and the engine sounds BA too, catch you on the next one😀😀
Great job on the door panels. Amazing what a few simple tools, and most importantly experience, can produce. Love those panels. The SBF sounds really rowdy. Love to hear it. Be safe and stay well.
Mr Bob.. Fine job on the door panels. Heads up for you. Dons Hot Rod Garage just had a old beat up 55 Chevy Nomad that needs Rat Rodding. Contact him. Not Big Money..
Love the build, been watching since it was a pile of yard art man it looks sweet getting pretty close can't wait till it's done, power to weight ratio it's going to be fast lol keep up the great builds Bob one of my favorite UA-cam channels,l would like to know what you forgot could build anything with that knowledge lol thanks for entertainment!!! And tips!!! All the way from PEI Canada
Hey Bob ya got this and Don man least ya can do it to make it work Teamwork and you guys got it like ya been doing it for years always glad found ya guys it makes me proud to see you guys doing stuff like this 😊keep up the work it's going to be !!!!! Awesome dreams pride Rat Rod ya can say ya should be proud not many people can say it and ya doing it so from Canada 🇨🇦 SK later man 😊thks as always for sharing with us thumps up 👆 😊
Nice work Bob. Pretty slick looking door panels. Going to look good with some black rubbed on them to. Great to see ole Red to. Keep up the good work brother she's coming along nicely. Take care guys 👍🏻
Bob I wonder how a red scotch bright pad would make them look. Give them that nice brushed stainless look and hide all the nicks and scratches. Even hit them with some flat black then scuff them in 1 direction across might look cool too. Give it a whirl on the test piece. I might be on to something here. 😉✌
@@RatRodBobBuilds if your a Redneck, You Qualify for the ""High Tech Redneck"" Award.... And, That Model A Rat would look good in this Rednecks Garage !!!! I love watching what you're doing ...
I've never seen quilted metal before, what an ingenious idea of putting that aluminum in place of cardboard. However, aren't you afraid that the sheet metal might be too thin and therefore might dent easily, such as when the door shuts hard and you knee get hit by it while you're seated?
Leave it to Red to be the voice of reason suggesting the most obvious ways to solve problems. The electric fuel pump 'pushing' is much better than the mechanical fuel pump on the engine 'pulling'. It will also eliminate any chance of vapor lock which is often the achilleas heel of the mechanical pumps on the engines. Awww come on Bob! Make yourself a better twist handle for tightening your bead roller.
Thanks for the shout-out OG. You tell Don even trice if thats what it takes😅 Takes a steady hand to do them rolled curves! I'm digging it
Returning the favor is the least I could do. OG's or not ... we got it going on!
@RatRodBobBuilds Yeah man!
Can't tell you how much it means to see your video up, and ready for us to watch. Love your vision Bob. You are the man.
I appreciate that
Bob you always have a trick up.your. sleeve looks great
Bob and Don all I'm going to say is this is going to be one sick looking rat 🐀 rod an still can't wait to see it ripping it down the back roads.
Now you're just showin off Bob, Thanks for the lesson!!
I hear ya! Makes the rest of the interior look bad.
Them door panels r outstanding love that old school build brings tears to my eyes god bless u bob and don cant wait until she done to see her spit fire and burning rubber
I like them!
Just trying to follow your lead brother!

You do more than most folks can imagine . Young folks ought to be watching this and learning how to do something real . Thank you Bob .
I like this idea. Great inspiration and probably more resilient than the card panels I made up for my VW. Might just have to make a bead=roller and het rolling! Thanks Bob!
I cant believe this guy only has 70k subs, we need to share more or something.
Looks good, Bob !!!! Great job, wonders never cease !!!! Looks like it's pretty chilly over there, too. SC is that way, too !!!

Hey Bawb,
I need to get me some of that thin aluminum !
I see so many cool projects just waiting for a good medium to do them with.
Take Care

Rat rod is looking real good keep up the great work
You come up with some cool stuff.
The panels look great
Really enjoy every video
It looks awesome. You are good at what you do.
Appreciate you. Wonder if you sandwiched thin foam or cardboard in-between if it would give it a more pillowie look?🤔
Probably. I need to try that on a test panel.
Bob I wonder how a red scotch bright pad would make them look. Give them that nice brushed stainless look and hide all the nicks and scratches. Even hit them with some flat black then scuff them in 1 direction across might look cool too. Give it a whirl on the test piece. I might be on to something here. 😉✌
Good plan. We'll try it ... see what happens.
Hey, Mr. Rat, Merry Christmas from Carlos and Maggie over here in PA.

I just watched Rat Rods for Africa. It seems you both ain’t afraid to cut stuff.
True!
Another good one 👍👍

Awww come on Bob! Make yourself a better twist handle for tightening your bead roller.
That's what Red told Don ... we have more of those 1" ball bearings which would be perfect for that twist handle.
