I have sheaths for my machetes like that but made in Costa Rica. My machetes are from El Salvador but I bought them in Costa Rica too. The shesthes are very nice quality. I like that blade design. It should be handy on a farm or in the woods. I got used to wearing a machete on my hip when I lived in Costa Rica and I learned how handy they are for chopping down weeds or ruining a venomous snake or whatever. But mine were cheap and I'm not afraid of using them. That one in the video costs a lot more. I'd hate to beat it up.
@@VantaClawzYoshimi handle is much longer than this. Yoshimi feels more like a Dao, Burmese feels like a Wakazashi. There’s a Condor Yoshimi review on our channel 👍🏻
That looks great. I have been enjoying my Knight's Riding Sword I got from you a couple of days ago. I am using it like a machete, lol but it is working well. I haunt the riverside and have been cutting trails through brush with it. I could see the design of this Condor machete would be much better. The leather handle wrap on my knights riding sword was starting to peel today, so I can see the handle of the Condor holding up much better. Yeah that thing almost looks like a wakizashi!
Found a Condor Plan A blade at a small town pawn shop downtown for $40. It was around $150 - $175 originally I believe. Cleaned that blade up and it’s my ultimate bushwhacker EDC. Micarta handle with brass pins, full tang, Kukri Bowie hybrid and tough as sht. I may try another Condor out. I need something better for briars and thorns in the Ozarks.
Thank U for the info 👍 the cutting test was realy nice but cause the most people I guess like me (Bushcrafter/Survivalists) would more be interrested If this machete can cut branches small trees etc. without any break outs... A real Machete field testing would bei great... Greetings from Vienna Austria ✌️
It absolutely will delimb and cut through saplings no problem. The 1075 is used for good reason and condors been using it for ages. Def a good trail blazer for sure.
I own one, love it. What do you mean by soaking the 'tommy'? Is that the handle or the complete machete? I can't find a translation for what the tommy of a machete is...
Check out Condor Trader Dag it’s like a mini gladious. I think it could be more popular I was impressed w mine. It had its purpose but it’ll probably be a table decoration. May not be bad for self defense it would have a hella wound channel
NICE to see this great machete reviewed!
I really like the Condor machetes myself. Was looking at the Makara. Just can't get myself to spend over $150 on a machete.
Looks like a nice piece! ❤

Accurate.
But 100% different! (Check out the Condor "Yoshimi" Machete though.)

They're the best for machetes that I've found. Check the El Salvador Machete or the Australian Army Machete.
@ thanks I will!

Tatami.
That is the rolled mat he is cutting.
Soaking the tatami mats fully before you try to cut them.
I understand, thanks for the feedback!
Looks very similar blade to the, you beat me to it 😂😂😂 been going to Thailand to train in Krabi Krabong for 3 months at a time 6 times now. 🇬🇧🙏🏻
That is a sword. I want one!
Great video!
Thanks!

Out of stock or I wanted to review it. thank you
BROOO thank you I didn't know about this sword or didn't know that I NEEED it hahaha✊️🔥✌️💚
Who was your stunt double???😂😂😂
THANKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
How would this compare to the cold steel version?
I'd choose Condor over Cold Steel. In my experience quality, point of balance, edges are usually superior to CS.
Not gona lie, I’ve used a legit civil war musician sword for yard work…….. they ain’t supposed to be sharpened but I sharpened it
I can dig that
Please show the balance point
Mandatory for upcoming atomic war and apocalypse!
I didn't know James McAvoy was a sword enthusiast.
can you do the windless arbedo?
We will see what we can do for sure!
Nice 🎉🎉🎉
Thanks!
Hold on, Dha is actually Burmese swords while Dhab are Thai swords, what's going on?
If it’s over forty bucks I’ll build something better for less
Ok
I don’t like leather with Carbon. Wish it was Kydex.
Condor has plenty of kydex options for their other models.
Get a cold steel version. Nylon sheath.
