How far is this from Clermont? Any ideas on how the construction is going on in Florida if we move there my husband needs a job in Stucco and is worried it will slow down like it has here in California and how do we get an offer letter for employment if we don't live there yet? Is it a requirement for everyone that wants a loan ?
Serenoa is in Clermont. New construction is going strong and there’s a lot of new projects on the horizon. Seems like he should be able to get a job. Yes, if you are financing you would need to have a job or offer letter
