Used to be small , housing developments way to many ,this place is becoming way too crowded and expensive . Clermont is becoming Orlando sadly to say .
This is starting off like any other quaint small town in Florida. Developers are disintegrating the natural landscape and tourist are overrunning the place. Sometimes people forget that people live in these small towns but they are just pushed aside. Last week I heard someone actually screaming and jumping up and down because we are going to get a Chick-fil-A in our small community, really?
What about new construction in Clermont? How is the prices of new homes have they increased within the last two years?
What about parking?? Parking is going to be impossible. Cant find parking now.
