Stunning video. I have written a novel from the perspectives of a DID system. They asked me to write their story, and it's been a six-year journey. I have huge respect for DID sufferers, and for their tenacity and strength. It's about surviving at all costs, and they pay a very high price. Love to all with DID❤❤❤

Thank you for this. I’ve missed three days of work this week due to my functional neurological disorder flaring from ptsd triggers and causing me to not be able to walk (seizures, gait disorder, excessive movements). I really needed to hear that I’m not making this up or exaggerating my experience. Somatic symptoms are NOT a choice and I can’t “think” my way out of them.

Your symptoms are not lying to you, and you are ALLOWED to experience them and feel them and simply BE.
You don't have to fix it right away. Sometimes the body has to feel the pain and get through the trauma before healing can truly begin. My heart is with you. We have bad PNES sometimes still bc processing is really hard in spite of this new brain/us/me/we?(/lh) situation.
I swear it gets better. It just. Doesn't always seem like it. And that's okay. We understand and we see you.
One day at a time, okay? All our love. 🫶🌸💕

@@IlluminaDIDwe’ve been having a lot of dissociative seizures (calling them that because that’s what our therapist keeps calling them) lately and don’t know anyone else who’s dealt with them. It’s a struggle but it is nice to see others managing them and being able to keep moving forward. ❤

It helps. What does? Resonating with the truth. Accepting reality, not forcing knowledge of what was. Thank you for your work.

💕🌸🫶 We're trying to just share what comes to mind as it comes to mind bc we're finding that to be much less stressful that sticking to a demanded schedule.
We're glad it was helpful! /gen

Re: "Trust your littles", appearingly, ours created a video sometime back titled "We Saved You" and it about the love ( here's a link if you trust them - ua-cam.com/video/nXtgidnEwLk/v-deo.html ). 10:12 - "they sed it was us hoo sined 😢" (I think it's important to let them express themselves beyond inside when it is perceived as safe). Wow!!! your closing made so many cry inside because no ones told them those things. 😭
Thank you for being found by us. 5 Pieces Of 9 (there's a lot more than that)

word! these are all so true and i wish we could've gone back in time and told ourselves what we know now- but better late than never i suppose
