My wife and I just saw him live in Vicksburg Mississippi this past wkend after driving almost 4hrs from Louisiana. It was well worth every penny spent as well as every drop of gas burned! A musical memory of a lifetime. God Bless this young man with longevity and health to spead the gift of music for yrs to come.
Should've been there for that one, but life got in the way as it is want to do, so just ended up sat in my kitchen drinking whisky and listening to blues, as i am want to do. Irony is that the 'life' that got in the way has decided she's quitting me out the blue on the same weekend as the anniversary of my wife's death; so now im just sat in my kitchen again at 2am, drinkin whiskey and listening to blues. This is an old favorite and Christone is the only man aside from Michael Burks himself that can truly do it justice; young man with old soul - keep on keeping on brother, world needs you.

Yeah man! He's an awesome guitarist. He really means every single note that he plays, that's why his style sounds so well and personally, I could listen to him soloing all day long and never get bored because of his phrasing capability. This is for sure one of the best improvisers of all time, he composes on the stage!
Something about his abilities and his soul pouring into every note just reminds me of SRV 🙌 he just puts his touch and soul on it and owns it. Keep it up king fish can’t get enough of the music !

He's able to come out of pentatonic scale so well! His vibrato is also amazing! The guy is only 23! So he will only get better with time!
