Stay Weird I would love to know what he was whispering in her ear. I didn't know that he could be so openly creepy! If I was Jessica, I would have faked intestinal distress. He is giving off a whole lot of, " O, I'm gonna stalk you for the rest of your life!"-vibes. Is it really possible that you can do so much drugs that it turns you into a pervert? The funny thing is that I always found him very attractive...... but now! He's like a dirty greasy oil sheik at a auction looking for a new addition to his harem.
"Is it really possible that you can do so much drugs that it turns you into a pervert?" Actually, yes. Enough amphetamine/cocaine and/or similar substance.
Anyone else notice that at 34:17 Jessica Biel looked really peeved off. I know that looks so well, it's where you're sitting there feeling angry, awkward and shocked all at the same and not being able to do anything about it because of where you are. Happened to me years ago at an ex's parents house. His parents and his brother started this really bad racist rant about their new neighbours. This was my first time meeting them, and it happened during dinner. I just went silent and gave a fake smile now and again. Jessica's also put a huge distance between herself and Mikey her body language is also being protective. She's leaning forward in her chair in almost a part fetal position and she has her arms across her body. Feel for her... must have been really awkward sitting there after Mikey's comments.
I like that from the get go I felt Graham was letting Jessica know and he wasn't laughing with Mickey, Graham's face when he says 'yep' when Mickey talks about the pub where heavy hitters would go 'pick up pussy'. When Mickey said 'I've nothing in my house who looks like this' - Graham comes across as your pal who's with you when the creepy guy hits on you and you're both cringing and laughing about how friggin awkward it is...the 'here's to big dogs, got my point?', 'I got it' - Graham's face! I think this shows why celebrities enjoy his show so much, he keeps it moving, he checks Jessica's comfort level, he shows he doesn't condone and join in Mickey's behaviour or being creepy sexualising Jessica.
Fun fact: The Jessica Biel nail in the head movie was completed in 2008 but wasn't released until 2015. It sat on the self 7 bloody years! This video was published the same year it was released.
The show was first shown in 2007 on BBC2. It was shown in a late night slot and was alot more risque than it is now ( and funnier may I add). The set then was a lot more cluttered with camp and kitsch paraphernalia, making it not only self aware but also self ironic. On the original set there were Barbie dolls ( Graham, being openly gay, maybe alluding to the fact he would play with dolls?). There is also one shown in the opening credits. Watch his early stuff, very funny
Lol 25:11...when he shook her hand... Literally the most perverted celebrity handshake caught on camera...they quickly cut off to a picture of him right before we can see Jessica's reaction to it..
What the hell happened between 25:37 and 25:44?! It must have been super cringey for the show to cut out the part when Jessica was subjected to those hideous handcuffs
If he behaves like that in front of cameras, he must be frightening otherwise.....I would not want my mother, sister, aunt, daughter or friend to ever be placed in that position. He gave American men a black eye on this day.....thank goodness for Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise and Will Smith!!
@@TheHumanBallsack He jumped on Oprah's couch a hundred years ago and the media had a feeding frenzy over it. Who gives a shit. He's basically an angel in all other interviews. Never bad-mouths anyone and only offers compliments and support. He has greater listening skills and patience than many other A-List actors do. He's always genuinely interested in what others have to say. He's a scientologist -- I get it. That's weird as shit. But pick out literally any other interview and he's a polite, funny, and respecting guest to have on a show.
Man, so sad to see Rourke here. He's trying really hard to be charming and back in the game, but when he recounts his past 15 years, it just comes off sad. It's not a nice story. At all. How Jessica Biel looks at him - he just looks broken. You can just see that he is a troubled human being and it is unfortunately awkward to have him around when Norton of course is all cheery and his guests are exclusively people who have great and successful careers. you know - happy people. I wouldn't blast Rourke like some commenters do here - there are a lot of people like this in the world. Troubled, who failed at one thing, or another. I'd actually say most people are like that.
see -- I liked when he opened up about being on the outside. "Hope." I love that he didn't wrap it up on a tidy little bow of chat show anecdote. It was anxeity-dote.
You said it very well. I had the same feeling. I know his behaviour on this show was very cringy, but it is clear to see he was and still is a very troubled person. I give him a lot of credit for improving himself as much as he has managed. And I do appreciate his honesty. You don't get that from many celebrities.
i felt bad for him when he was retelling his story and felt he was sincere. even when he made the goof comment at jjessica and he was whispering in his ear, i felt it wasn't that bad. he put his foot in his mouth and perhaps he was apologizing or making up to her. but when he grabbed the singer, it was just too cringey and continued on from there.
there keeps being shots where Jessica is wearing black fluffy handcuffs and then she's not in the next, I bet the unedited version must be incredibly more cringe worthy than it already is.
I don’t think anything shown here was all that bad, except at the end with Martha, but there was clearly editing that happened and things before the show perhaps. Graham pulled Biel aside before she sat, then he made comments from the get go about chaperoning, when he went into the audience he checked on her, etc. Clearly he knew Rourke was drunk and had already crossed the line, would’ve been nice to get the full backstory though. The only thing Graham ever said about this was that Rourke got out of his car with a Jack Daniels bottle and that he kept smoking during the interview which was exhausting
This is just wonderful...he's a great actor and I don't know what's wrong with people in these comments. ...GN gets the most natural interview out of ANYONE - what do you want want? The saccharine schmaltz in the U.S. and Canadian shows? Scripted and arselicking? Love you Mickey !!!! and Graham!!!! (who is a neighbour of mine) Just a phenomenal show!!
Sonja Dawn IKR, I was able to actually tolerate the rest of the interview, but when he was pulling martha to sit on his lap that was unavoidable cringe 37:22
Yeah that was way worse. It does seem like they must have met before sitting on the couch for him to be that touchy feely with her and her not slapping him. I was surprised how well she deflected him but no female guest should have to tolerate that bs.
At 31:06 I think Rourke was trying to get Jessica to come to a party. I'm pretty sure I heard him mention that Rod and Mick Jagger were going to be there too.. No doubt she just wanted to get the hell back to her hotel room and shower!
Oh man awkward and fun to watch at the same time. Also , did the uploader edited this video? or was that done by the Graham Norton show producers? They clearly edited some things out (to make is less awkward I quess)
Made it to 4:45 and had to stop -- I could already tell that this is going to be awkward as hell the entire interview, and I'll have to finish this at another time when I won't feel compelled to cry for Jessica....
tideoftime it did get quite bad yup. The thing is, because it's public, she'd have felt a little more stuck than if this had happened without the pressures of an audience and a chat show. Your brain tells you you can't just walk off and cause a scene, even though he was the one causing the scene and she'd have been justified if she did choose to walk.
It’s interesting how Rourke - and others before him, unnamed here - enter and excel in “the business” lacking the true savvy to see in many ways what it is. They then thwart their own success, unfortunately. She handled Rourke with such grace, such poise. Well done.

Not sure why he went off the rails because he probably was attracted to her given some of the beautiful women he has been with before. He does tend to be linked to the all-American type, girl-next-door, etc. Either way, too bad he acted like an ass after about the 15-minute mark.
"Is it really possible that you can do so much drugs that it turns you into a pervert?"
Actually, yes.
Lol another PC baby
I love the musical performance at the end! Perfection!
Damn you Justin . Man !!! God blessed you ❤️❤️❤️🌹🌹🌹🌹
Fun fact: The Jessica Biel nail in the head movie was completed in 2008 but wasn't released until 2015. It sat on the self 7 bloody years! This video was published the same year it was released.
He has had so many intense moments on his show, probably because of the flowing alcohol allowed on it, and he is such a pro at handling the insanity.
Mr. Norton Thanks For Holding It Together Because This Is The Most Painful Episode To Watch.
The fact you could hear a pin drop from the crowd Everytime Mickey spoke tells you everything you need to know about the man.
Legend, authentic in times of PC babies and the social media
a sad old lech.
Graham has aged 30 years in the past decade.
This was difficult to watch... that man is a very sad broken inside man... hope he is not ending up tragically!
Jessica looks really uncomfortable and is keeping distance between herself and Rourke.
She looks like carre otis
Really? I thought she liked it and was getting closer
@@myaccount2604 that's the point👌
I dont think mickey was acting out of character here, he has memory problems. He probably woke up and thought he was still in the 90s
Okay a drunk Mickey aside, what the hell is up with the naked dolls behind Graham?
The show was first shown in 2007 on BBC2. It was shown in a late night slot and was alot more risque than it is now ( and funnier may I add). The set then was a lot more cluttered with camp and kitsch paraphernalia, making it not only self aware but also self ironic. On the original set there were Barbie dolls ( Graham, being openly gay, maybe alluding to the fact he would play with dolls?). There is also one shown in the opening credits.
Watch his early stuff, very funny
+David MITCHELL lol weird but definitely funny
oh god yeah and the intro had falling barbie parts. i loved it.
aven russo They have been there for decades
Thanks for the ride.
Poor Jessica. Got to be uncomfortable sitting next to Mickey.
Omg when Graham left her alone with him
I was actually scared for her.. I was like come backkkk grahamm
😂😂😂😂😊😊😢😢😢😮😅😅😅😅😅😂😂😂
he used to be so cute in the 80's .....what a mess now! she kept smiling ...she's brave.
God, I thought you meant Graham for a second, lol.
31:09 he looks so worried and cute
I’m sure Mickey Rourk’s manager brought him back to reality after this. I doubt any show will want him on now.
She just not that in to you
Lol 25:11...when he shook her hand...
Literally the most perverted celebrity handshake caught on camera...they quickly cut off to a picture of him right before we can see Jessica's reaction to it..
She's dressed so classy. Classy woman
He gave American men a black eye on this day.....thank goodness for Tom Hanks, Tom Cruise and Will Smith!!
i'm thinking he was really nervous and perhaps took something to help calm him down and unfortunately, it backfired on him
Or he's just a fucking prick. He does this repeatedly on camera
Yes, because Tom Cruise has never been a walking tragedy on a Talk Show before...
@@videoshintu ... until you ask him where Shelly Miscavige is.
The host is amazing at trying to make this work...
Good show .
Jessica is one beautiful woman .
Goddess!
The guy in the purple tee shirt looks way too impressed with the changing of the airline meal prank! 😄
one of your best
PiCheZvara Biel is a nasty fake bitch...would rather be stuck in a lift w 10 MRs than one of her...
You said it very well.
I had the same feeling. I know his behaviour on this show was very cringy, but it is clear to see he was and still is a very troubled person. I give him a lot of credit for improving himself as much as he has managed. And I do appreciate his honesty. You don't get that from many celebrities.
PiCheZvara I don't think he's trying to be suave. He's just being himself.
i felt bad for him when he was retelling his story and felt he was sincere. even when he made the goof comment at jjessica and he was whispering in his ear, i felt it wasn't that bad. he put his foot in his mouth and perhaps he was apologizing or making up to her. but when he grabbed the singer, it was just too cringey and continued on from there.
Great talk show very entertaining❤
Ulee´s gold is my favourte.
there keeps being shots where Jessica is wearing black fluffy handcuffs and then she's not in the next, I bet the unedited version must be incredibly more cringe worthy than it already is.
I wonder if J.Tand Jessica ever sit down at home and get to talking "hey do you remember when I was on that show in England...."
all the touching! so many women might be in this position everyday and most of them just shy away! stand up and slap the bastard in the face girl
lol need watch the uncut edition if u thought this was bad
where can I find it can u share the link please :D
First time I’ve been jealous of a Pringle
Why is everyone concerned about Jessica biel? He touches Martha way more!
Martha was a lot more hostile towards his bullshit which was amazing. Jessica kinda just took it calmly for 30 minutes.
Sonja Dawn IKR, I was able to actually tolerate the rest of the interview, but when he was pulling martha to sit on his lap that was unavoidable cringe 37:22
Even poked her with the stick!
Yeah that was way worse. It does seem like they must have met before sitting on the couch for him to be that touchy feely with her and her not slapping him. I was surprised how well she deflected him but no female guest should have to tolerate that bs.
@@sharinglungs3226oh god he harasses another guest? 😣
Had to see this one... I'm in...
At 31:06 I think Rourke was trying to get Jessica to come to a party. I'm pretty sure I heard him mention that Rod and Mick Jagger were going to be there too.. No doubt she just wanted to get the hell back to her hotel room and shower!
When you’re related to Burt Reynolds in someway in my family, anything is possible
Graham sigh when Mickie mentioned the cane
my detective skills tell me this episode was recorded in the month of November
So she goes from having the handcuffs on at 25:46 ish to not having them on at 25:54...awkward.
Best episode ive ever seen. Take it how you will. I grew up on Springer.
Mickey Rourke 😍
i am watching this in 2017
I'm here in Nov 2020 🇨🇦🙋
Feb 2024 here 🙂🙂
It’s interesting how Rourke - and others before him, unnamed here - enter and excel in “the business” lacking the true savvy to see in many ways what it is. They then thwart their own success, unfortunately.
She handled Rourke with such grace, such poise. Well done.
and yes mickey should stop being creepy with the ladies.
shows how shallow and how simple minded he is.
He might’ve just been drunk and was trying to be nice. Nobody likes a closed off awkward person. He might’ve just been trying to be a nice guy but he was too drunk to understand where to cross the line
Fuck sake he was drunk he wasn't that bad, his a lovely guy
@@tonyg3488 - He was quite evidently vile AND drunk - who knows the chain of causation. And he was not in the least bit 'lovely' - women do not want to be mauled as though they are public property. Put yourself in her place with a drunken female guest mauling you - would you say she was just drunk and really quite a lovely woman? No.
@@thumbprint7150 I would love a drunk woman mauling as you say over me, but we as men are not sensitive yet women want equal rights LOL
@@tonyg3488 Not when it’s from someone you don’t like. In your mind you are thinking as a predator and of sexy slutty women. So what do men not like? Ugly fat gross, try imagine that one doing those stuff to you, or a man doing that to you when you are not gay, so you can understand how she felt, regardless of the person’s look because a man doing those stuff is already ugly and gross.
Say what you will about Mickey Rourke, but one thing I do appreciate about the man is his honesty.
I beg to differ on who the worst person on the show is. The scene where Graham is exploiting the largest man in the world who unfortunately had no choice in his life but they suffer probably large amount of pain being like that. Pretty disgusting really. Put Ur glasses on people and see the real picture.
Graham actually serves booze backstage. Didn't work out well for Mickey o.o
Best talk show in the world
The last one was my favorite
“It’s drunk night” lol
Easily the best talk show host ever
