UPDATE REGARDING OIL
Some people have commented saying that oil makes the lash lift fall faster. Personally I have not experienced this problem at all, but I wanted to make a note of it just in case others do. I have found the oils make my lashes grow longer and faster to the point where I'm currently not using them because my lashes grew too long! But it's up to each individual if they want to use them or not x

Tips from my lash technician, after a lash lift you should not get the lashes wet for at least 24h to maintain its shape for a long time
Can I still wear eyeliner and use Neutrogenia wipes to remove it?

@@patriciascott4211 should be no problem after 24h. I still do my makeup routine as usual with mascara, eyeliner, balm cleanser, micellar, etc

@@polarnyong so when you wash your face do you like rub your face like ruby your eyes and then rinse it with water like usual??
After doing this like 5 times some things I learned that make it easier to do is:
1. Put on even layer of glue on the pad and wait like 10-15 secs till the glue becomes tacky before putting it on your eye
2. Glue your lashes by small sections. Apply an even layer of glue, wait a little before the glue gets tacky, and USE A TOOTHPICK to get every lash stick to the pad straight and even. The glue gets dried pretty quickly so need to work fast but in small sections. I realized adding extra glue after it's dried on top of your lashes will coat your lashes in glue and the perm solution can't get to it.
I still can't do it perfectly but doing this over and over again helps.

@@bm9521 I think so? My eye is half closed while doing this and I low-angled the mirror if needed. I also use my other eye more to see instead of the eye I m doing it on.
To avoid getting it into your eye, place the pad a slight bit above the lash line and when putting on the glue and solution, also avoid putting close to the lash line.

It’s the fact that I called my local lash place and they said it would cost $85 for just a lash lift and how I ran to the internet for DIY lash lifts !!! THANK YOU
facts. i just called a salon and they said it would be 89$ and i asked them why and they said they didn't know. (i told them i appreciated their honesty nonetheless)

There’s a reason, they are professionals you pay for their expertise and time
It costs that much FOR A REASON. These are actual chemicals and very dangerous when using unprofesionally. I am really sad how many people are influenced by random people selling shit.
Hiya, random person here, I simply made this video to show my experience and to demo a product the best I can. I do actually recommend people go to a professional if they don’t feel comfortable doing it. Professionals can charge whatever they please, it’s a skill and they should charge for their time, but some people simply cannot afford the prices and if they are comfortable doing it there’s no reason they shouldn’t have an alternative way of getting the results they want. If you have a huge problem with the products though you should take that up with the supplier not the customer.
I’ve used your video to lift my lashes with this kit (that I bought last June) five times now - and despite knowing exactly what to do by now, I still prefer watching the video while lifting them because it’s comforting/reassuring to hear you repeat the directions. :) Excellent job!

I legit did this and my lashes were GORGEOUS! They actually lasted like several months, about 6 months!! They recently got all wonky so I'm gonna do them again. No lash loss

How can there be no lash loss? Lashes have a growth cycle of around 2 to 3 months

How did it work for you? Also, I double cleanse my face, first using an oil. I wear waterproof mascara… will rubbing the oil on my lashes to get the waterproof mascara off ruin the lash lift? Oil just seems like it would destroy the perm.. but I have to use it

Thanks so much for the great tutorial! I can see where the inner corner lashes went wrong though. After you took off the plastic wrap, you can see at 8:02 that the lash pad got unglued from your inner corner.
I appreciate this video and will revisit it when I lift and tint my lashes!

Thank you for your tutorial it guided me step by step when I did my lash lift. This kit works better than when I went to the salon. My lashes did not look any different than before treatment. But when I did it on my own, my lashes look longer and curly. ❤

I always use the medium pads because my lashes are definitely longer than I expected! I have super straight, kinda pathetic lashes and this lash lift set is a LIFESAVER! Your results are amazing hun and I found your review and information super helpful. Happy to support your channel 🤗

@@Jaymfs Yes try the large! I just gave myself a half-ass perm this week and my lashes didn't come out as good as last time :( There always a bit of a learning curve I guess. I am a Taurus too by the way! I still wear falsies and mascara too so I get that feeling.

How long did they last the 1st time?
@@erinhayley9948 Mine personally lasted 3-4 months, but it depends on your lash cycle! :) Mine goes pretty fast (I’m always getting eyelashes in my eyes daily lol)
How did your eyelashes grow out? I did it once but when the perm was growing out my lashes were so wonky
@@s.p5254 They grew out like normal. Mine only got wonky when I didn’t take care of them, like not washing my face and brushing the lashes out before going to sleep and just not taking care of my health which sound cliché, but yeah :) by now i’ve done it twice and i had no problems

Thank you so much for making a fantastic video! I think you're very brave for trying something like this, anything involving chemicals near the eyes is a bit scary. The whole process seems quite time consuming and takes a lot of patience and care but you got a fantastic result in the end. I've got a serious case of lash envy here!

This is a great video and you look beautiful! I tried getting extensions today but had a panic attack and didn't get them 😔 this looks like a great at home, panic free alternative!
I tried extensions before and rubbed my eyes so much every night that I ruined them within days ugh, I really don't think they are for everyone. Hope you were ok after your panic attack! xx

I just had a lash lift for the first time and honestly I was sort of disappointed. There was practically no difference and plus when I left to go home it randomly started pouring and I got my lashes wet. :( I really wanted to do it at home, but I was so nervous about it. I like it! ❤️ Just you to know, you can’t put mascara or wet your lashes for 24 hours after de lash lift! That is the only after care everyone has to know about the lash lift 😉
This is exactly what I did, no mascara or water (or even steam or anything) for 24 hours. I also recommend another way to care for your lashes during the second half of this video x
