Just want to say thanks for all the nice videos about Lancashire. I was born in Lancashire. It’s the best place in the world
Lancashire will always hold a special something in my heart. Born and bread there. Proud to be from there. The people are great and positive and friendly to get along with.❤
Which Lancashire do you mean though? For me it's the historic county that goes back centuries. Includes, Barrow, Ulverston north of the sands, Blackpool, Burnley, Preston etc Also great cities such as Manchester and Liverpool. Sporting Rugby towns such as Wigan, St Helens, Warrington and Widnes. All of these places and more can identify as Lancashire.
@nathanlock73: Places like Merseyside, Greater Manchester, etc are "metropolitan districts" but they are still officially part of Lancashire.
A lovely overview, made by real people in Lancashire. I think this covers the beauty and the warmth of the people here!
There's always something to see in Lancashire and its fun to discover new places.
Beautiful video. I did my PhD from Lancaster University and enjoyed every bit of my time there - the rolling hills, the lovely people, ashton Memorial, the canal, the little silk mill cafe in Galgate village, the list goes on...
Agree about the warmth! I've lived down south for almost 20 years and people say "you're so friendly". My secret is that I'm not that friendly...its just normal in Lancashire to be warm and friendly! I love Lancashire ❤️ very proud of the hills, coastline and community and I'm back there every couple of months. One downside...not the warmth of the weather! It rains a lot and the winters can be freezing 🥶 But on a warm sunny day it's one of best places on earth 🌎
beautiful place ❤
I sincerely wish you could actually talk about ALL OF LANCASHIRE, as opposed to just the middle portion of the county and, for some reason, a little bit of Yorkshire (?!).
True Lancastrians celebrate Liverpool, St Helens, Southport, Wigan, Warrington, Bolton, Salford, Manchester, Rochdale, Oldham, Bury, Barrow-in-Furness, Coniston, Ulverston, Grange-over-Sands, Hawkshead etc. Anyone who thinks is these places aren't Lancastrian aren't fit to call themselves Lancastrian in my opinion.
You are 100% correct.
From the wirral l
Love the varied scenery and the people👍😉
So want to visit this county someday!
Hi hope you are well?
I am from Lancashire and could recognise loads of the places
OMG I SAW WILLIAMSONS PARK!! THATS RIGHT UP THE ROAD WHERE I LIVE
The fact that my last name is lancashire
The real god's county
Can I say I really don't think so I've lived in North Yorkshire Sorry no comparison North Yorkshire ❤❤
The towns in Lancashire are some of the poorest most crime ridden places in the country
Your absolutely correct!horrible places some of them.
big up chorley lmao
@@samx4830 Chorley ain't bad compared to most of them. Given the choice between Blackburn or Burnley then i'd probably just jump off of Preston bus station instead
This hipster video format seems to be global however.
Yikes!
