      Seriously me too white chocolate is so hard I don’t understand why I get so hard…. I go to turn the boiler back on and it is rocksolid.

    Hello there! If I wanted to melt white and dark chocolate together to create milk chocolate, how would I go about that? Melt the white chocolate first, then add in the dark?

      Melt both Chocolat simultaneously in two bowls then add them together.. keep hot water pot under it while mixing also

      Cream in chocolate is used for ganache or piping... This method is for to make chocolate garnish, chocolate letters...means to make different types of chocolate shapes

      Dark chocolate melts properly...white Chocolate have melting issues. .. add some drop of oil in dark chocolate while melting if this method not work

    New here! Question!
    I made white chocolate as well, one mistake, I noticed, I made was not stirring it constantly-
    I walked away for not even a minute and I came back, and my batch was hard as a rock it was already formed … I put it back on the slow burn or after waiting for it to cool off.,…. Unfortunately, the batch was ruined. I’m not sure why could you please give me some insight? I was working with white chocolate chips instead of the wafers. Could that be another possibility?

      No... U can use any type of chocolate compound, chocochips or anything.....try this method with small quantity of chocolate compund or chocochips

One thing I did with the first batch, (that I thought was ruined) was, I added a large spoonful (about a heaping 1/4 cup) of peanut butter to the stiff white chocolate (it was 2 cups worth), and it made it creamy, and smooth. I had already dipped some Ritz peanut butter sandwich crackers in leftover melted chocolate, so I put a dollop of the white choc. mixture on top of the Ritz treat....I'm telling ya...I will always do that! It was amazing, and the texture was soooo good! I even poured some over the top of some vanilla fudge I made! You should try it!
      ...I always try to create a happy ending out of a perceive mistake! ☺

      If u add color into chocolate then stir continuously fast. If chocolate quantity is too small then only required to add oil. When u fill chocolate is hard then add oil. before adding oil stir it 2-3 minutes

      Yes... If u want to make only chocolate garnish or design then only add few drops of oil... If u add milk then it will be little runny... Means pouring consistency it will not formed any shape...use double boiler to melt chocolate and store it consistently
