I made white chocolate as well, one mistake, I noticed, I made was not stirring it constantly- I walked away for not even a minute and I came back, and my batch was hard as a rock it was already formed … I put it back on the slow burn or after waiting for it to cool off.,…. One thing I did with the first batch, (that I thought was ruined) was, I added a large spoonful (about a heaping 1/4 cup) of peanut butter to the stiff white chocolate (it was 2 cups worth), and it made it creamy, and smooth. I had already dipped some Ritz peanut butter sandwich crackers in leftover melted chocolate, so I put a dollop of the white choc. mixture on top of the Ritz treat....I'm telling ya...I will always do that! It was amazing, and the texture was soooo good! I even poured some over the top of some vanilla fudge I made! You should try it! ...I always try to create a happy ending out of a perceive mistake! ☺ Merry Christmas! 🎄
If u add color into chocolate then stir continuously fast. If chocolate quantity is too small then only required to add oil. When u fill chocolate is hard then add oil. before adding oil stir it 2-3 minutes

Yes... If u want to make only chocolate garnish or design then only add few drops of oil... If u add milk then it will be little runny... Means pouring consistency it will not formed any shape...use double boiler to melt chocolate and store it consistently

No... U can use any type of chocolate compound, chocochips or anything.....try this method with small quantity of chocolate compund or chocochips
