    Thank you for your video. A lot of video do not tell you to cover the melted chocolate mixture while it is setting. I looks great!

      Yes. Covering is essential so it doesn’t cause crusting

      Yes I do, it helps set faster, but be careful not to leave it too long as it’ll be harder to add another coat

    I was looking for a white ganache tutorial and I came across you. Thank you for detailed explanation and many questions and answers in the comment section solved my queries. I have an order of a two tier cake with a spacer. Can I use this frosting? The bottom will be 9 inch pan and the second will be 6 inch pan. I would be baking an eggless chocolate cake with dark chocolate ganache on the layers. What quantity of white ganache will be required to cover both the cakes. Looking forward for your reply

      Hi 👋🏾, thank you, I would double the recipe, and if there’s any left over ganache, just refrigerate or freeze it for future use.

    Can I use the purple colouring method to whiten it like a buttercream or it will not work for ganache?

      I haven’t tried to whiten using purple colour but I think it would. Maybe try on a smaller batch first.

      @@TheBakeSanctuary yep. It won’t melt. Ganache is really stable and also works great in warmer climates. I’d advise you to let it sit out for at least 3-4 hours before cutting so it can come to room temp and you don’t have to struggle cutting it.

      @@PastryPleasures when it was just the white chocolate i put it in the microwave and it burns. It does the same when i double boil.. i used all purpose cream last time and it didn't burn but it became yellow... you think i need to use a different brand?
