Not throwing in a sunroof on a $76k truck is borderline offensive lol
I would order a 100k truck without a sunroof on purpose multiple reasons. The headliner is lower with a sunroof and my head rubs the ceiling. 2 it’s unnecessary I’ll never use it. 3 the roof is stronger without it a one less leak point after 20 years.

I bought a 2015 Lariat new with similar features for $46k (invoice price). I know they’ve added a lot of functionality since then but it does seem extream for a half ton.

Have the 2014 Platinum F150, just under 50k miles, trouble free. At the unbelievable price of this Lariat I will have to drive mine 10 more years

I bought an F150 because I drive on a lot of gravel so the aluminum imo is the best thing ford ever did now please reinforce the entry area of the driver seat. Can’t be that difficult to come up with something easily replaceable or wear much better. Thanks Ben!👍

Nice trim level. We have a 2019 Lariat long bed, non 4x4 that we paid well under $76 K for, but that was five years ago. It gets 23 mpg on the highway and has been trouble free. Good review.
This is one classy truck.There is not a 1/2 to on the road that can carry chrome the way a Lariat trim trim does imo.Love the way this truck is specd.
I can’t help but see the *gm* cleaned up look on the new F-150 and RAMs. They always had more “playful” and busy front ends but after the 2022 refresh of the *gm* trucks and their more sophisticated executive look the rest are clearly trying to follow their lead.
Base model headlights and grill looks better than the top model
I agree that the chrome look will come back, but it'll be another couple of years. That said, my 2024 Chrome package Atlas Blue 502A Lariat f150 with the chrome 22s was built last week, so I might be a little ahead of the curve.😊
Yeah painted bumpers and black out packages are the thing now so chrome will be new again eventually. I think it’s the nicer and more durable material.
I feel like for the price it should have a digital rear mirror and a bed camera.

Same truck as the king ranch and platinum with a much lower sticker price, minus the massaging seats ! Ford charges a lot for a different color scheme
All that good stuff I wouldn't use and at a bargain price too. If I needed a truck, I probably would be looking for one with a 100,000 miles at $30,000 to $38,000.

Nice truck for sure. As for the price well it is what it is. The chances of the prices going down are slim to none. Chances of prices increasing are good. I will never be able to buy one but i guess some people can.
The Chrome grill looks way better than the black.
I was alright with all the chrome on the outside, but chrome on the center console workbench? Fire the person that thought that was a good idea.
I have a 21 xlt and it has that chrome so it’s been this way for a few years now. I also have the chrome appearance package. The black out and paint match trucks I’m sure doesn’t have chrome on the center counsel area. Probably just painted plastic.
76k would buy a king ranch diesel superduty. Those days are long gone.

Sharp looking truck, but at $76K, it may be a hard sell. I do love the chrome on it though. I never have liked all the black trim and especially the dark gray or black rims. Wheels need contrast. Black trim only looks good on light colored vehicles. Chrome looks better on darker colored vehicles. And I still maintain that full size trucks are too big anymore. They need some downsizing.
Ford has priced me out of the truck market, I have a 2018 I paid $45000 for and it is a Lariat 502A package, my next truck will be a Tundra or Silverado IF the price is affordable if not I'll purchase a used one.
I love the 2015-23 Models of Lariat to Limited , Mines is a 2021 Lariat with 5.0L Coyote V8 Bought New Fully loaded Package 502A was $65,000 back in 2022 but pay it full in Cash

Only 1500 lbs of payload capacity? Is this a reduced GVWR truck?
This low payload seems to be normal for the Lariat, unfortunately. Add on the Sunroof and FX4 skid plates and you'll be sub 1400. Ford eliminated the Heavy Duty Payload Package for 2024 :(
Just so you are aware, payload capacity is how F150, Silverado and Ram 1500 got their names additionally. If you max out your payload in a F150 you probably should be moving up to a Super Duty instead to help carry that weight.

Lariat is not a mid level truck. In Ford Terms XL is Low, XLT, is Mid, and Lariat is High. King Ranch, Tremor, and Platinum are variants of a Lariat advertised as Trim Levels. They have all the same features as a 502A Lariat with the exception of the interior trim colors.

Why will ford not let you get the 2.7 in the Lariat and also has to be 4 wheel drive on the Lariat also , less gas mileage and something I will never use. I have a 23 and I drive in eco mode and for real get about 27 mpg consistently @Benhardy

Ok, so now ford is making it to where you have to step up to a lariat to get the chrome grill. Just another mistake to add on this refresh. If the chrome grill doesn’t come back on the XLT I’ll just keep my 21 till it goes to the scrap yard!! Ford has a bunch of idiots sitting around the round table making stupid decisions!!

That must be the smokiest brown I've ever seen, because it looks like black to me. The in-person difference must be absolutely necessary for this one.
As for the truck itself, I like some things about it but probably one weird bit I just can't praise is the side badge. It's this downward wedge and it just looks like a half-baked design.
I like the old badge better myself. Curious to see how long they keep this one before they change it out.

I’m not sure, you might just be too young to appreciate it. When I started driving everything was chromed out. There was no option for paint match. I think if you ever had one you would probably start liking it.

I wouldn’t buy a truck without the chrome. It just makes everything around the truck pop and makes it look so much better.
