Very true they go in a independent spiraling to blend together at which point singer goes into longer but not too drawn out vocals and there are other things to notice & going on too in this one song. Amazing
used to rock out to these guys back in the day, great stuff!! started smoking about this time too, 1990. I'm going on 2 weeks since Quiting! tough stuff, but hearing and seeing this today kinda helps. thanks for this!! 😎
Thanks for this. I'd really like the 1991 session as it has the best version of "Never Lose That Feeling" they did. I used to have it on tape but obviously its long gone now. They did play it on Gideon Coe's show a few years back, so ideally someone might have a good quality recording of that.
@@GreyJ47 Hey there. I don't think there was a 1991 JP session, they only did this one. The one your probably thinking of is the same one I was talking about which was done for Mark Goodier. I've still not found it though.
Peel Sessions in the 70s to the 90s were a place to drop your favourite tunes..to a more discerning audience..it was not about plugging your latest single..
One of the best guitar bands of this era (and there were many). Love how the two guitars spiral around each other. And that bass!

Do you know where we could find the 91 peel sessions? I think it’s lost but I’ve been trying to find it for a long time now

I really wish their sessions would be officially released -- so many other bands' have; why not SWD's?

Wait, are you suggesting that all four songs are pre-Raise unreleased material?
