- Street Books is a bicycle-powered traveling library that serves homeless people in Portland, Oregon. Librarians bike to select locations where people can borrow books without having to show ID or proof of address.

If you had watched the video, you would've seen that they don't require ID or an address at that library.
The word homeless is a misnomer. We all share the same home, Earth.
meh.. might as well read books the homeless don't really have much to do.. :/
