they’ll need to keep everything locked behind gorilla glass
😂
Donkey Kong glass
@@MegaFinalRoundthat's racist! FU! ✊🏿
@anonymoushuman8443 racist as hell 🤎BLM!🖤👏🏽
@@jonathanwilliams6621 Telling the truth isn't racist.
Is Nintendo planning to do a real life tower defense game by defending their store against criminals?
That is actually the last place in the entire world they should be opening a store.... it's going to be closed down within the first month lmao
Naw, bruh, the last place would be Oakland.
SF crime rate is no better than Oakland.
@@ironbowtie true
The Nintendo board voted to set a Guinness record to be the most robbed electronic store in history.
They should have made that store only in New York instead!
Trust me, this WON'T AGE WELL....
👍🏿
😂😂😂😂😂
Are they mad 🤦
They going to get robbed daily
$100 says it won't last 7 months.
I pray it won't get looted clean in 6 months. Did they not research the area before deciding to open a store here?
Nintendo will need to get their own designated SFPD officers like the Apple Store.
Americans traded safety and freedom to be diverse
Japanese companies will learn the hard way 😢
0:43 Wood covered windows.
Good luck Nintendo!
I'm happy for the new store but who knows how long it will last with union square's rising crime and diminishing foot traffic.
For their sake, they BETTER have armed security.
The local looters are excited!
Lmao. Have they been following the news? I’ll give it less than 6 months before they close doors because of theft
Angry Video Game Nerd: "What were they thinkinggg!?!?"
Woke utopia for criminals
Hopefully Nintendo changes their mind
They must not now about SF. I think they should have done a google search first. Unwise for sure.
@Kamasaki286 they should walk around the block and they'll smell how bad it is
Nah, I wanna see what happens there 😂😂😂
@@timr.2257 what gonna happen is it gonna close less then a week
@@RoofedAsian89 I want to see the homeless shit in the store 🤣🤣🤣
That place isn't Nintendo ratings approved
grand opening grand closing.
All on the same day. 😅😅
It's like the Sony Metreon, a huge mistake to go outside SF Japantown. Nintendo should open directly inside the Japantown Mall.
It wasn't like that when they opened years ago. So sad.
Bro just made himself a target in Cali I hope the business does great and no troubles
Lifelong Nintendo fan here - virtual boy 2.0 would change the world 🥇
Would of been cool if they put this in the Japan center instead even though its a little more out of the way
They should have opened it in San Jose.
RIP Nintendo store.
We live in a parody.
I can guarantee you they're hoping one or two inept security guards will make a difference in stopping crime in that area and trust me it won't make any difference.
Advice for Nintendo: Keep those display boxes empty and the game cartridges locked behind the counter. Also, keep as little cash as possible on the premises.
It’s going to be a public cesspool.
I give it a month before large amounts of theft shutters it
Good luck on that.😂
They better keep everything locked behind bulletproof glass
criminals are excited
Let's see how long the store will remain in SF, lol
Mario and Luigi will be robbed blind of their plumbing 🪠 equipment 😂
inb4 mob looted
Im excited for this store what a way to bring back old treasure. I feel sad that toys r us will probably close down along with macys they just opened it and toys r us are such value to me along with book stores.
Come so San Diego!
It’s summer now, why was the reporter wearing a winter jacket?
Experience Share in Alameda is featured in this video and the best game store in the Bay Area!
Good luck Nintendo, you will get robbed blind but hey congrats on the new store! 🎉
Experience share store mentioned!
Should’ve opened it in the real Bay Area, Tampa Bay.
This is the regular life cycle of stores. They close and then a new better store moves in. It’s normal.
God Damn it If I would have never thrown away anything I bought in terms of video games my whole life I would literally be a millionaire today.
It's a success if it's open for more than 2 years.
How long before it shuts down🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼🤦🏼
In less than I year
I give them a week or less till everything is looted.
Going in all rams gear 👌
Dear Din, the Goddess of Power, Nayru, the Goddess of Wisdom, and Farore, the Goddess of Courage...protect this store at all costs from the Lord of Fentanyl
They aren't thinking this through are they?
Can't wait to buy the Switch 2 from some guy in Vallejo that got it on a five finger discount.
Bold move Nintendo
Whoever made this decision definitely didn’t do their homework. Must have been some unpaid intern.
Should have picked Seattle
Grand opening. Grand closing.
There won't be any actual transactions: just the shopkeeper from Link's Awakening perpetually using lightning attacks.
Valley Fair San Jose would have been a much better place to open.
Wrong move, flash mob will be coming.
The mob of Marios and Luigis are getting ready too. Ka ching!!!
Can the other sides of the bay get literally any of the major brands too? The east bay is a literal dead spot compared to SF, SJ, and Dublin + Pleasanton, and goodness knows what the north bay even has.
Mary o?!?!?!?!
is crime legal in san francisco?
pretty much
Chinatown gang will be protecting the store💀
There going to rob it
They are
they better have 24/7 armed guards hell actually have somebody in the physical store at night
@VVV953 I hope so but we all know bay area is known for bipping not just cars 😳
How long can they survive the various crews in town?
If so they would have to build a little security office or police station NEXT to the new Nintendo store. Lately San Francisco has been a crime haven for criminals especially thieves and Nintendo items on display would be an easy cash-in payday for these crooks. This is worrisome.😮
Do they 💩 on the sidewalks in Japan
Why no they do not😊
Watch this Nintendo store get robbed so many times their moving into the city that has so many people that smash and grab and steal no cops that takes anyone to jail
This store wont be around 1 year
i’ll just keep my
emulator and all
my nes games on my computer.
The new meme stock is 🎉🎉🎉LUCY🎉🎉🎉🎉
1:36 no particular reason for said exodus????
It will be closed down in less than a year
Grab and go daily
I hope they open up a Playstation store because it's incredibly easy to reproduce those CDs and DVDs square Enix at their website you can still buy copies of their games brand new in the package on the original PlayStation and Playstation 2 and Playstation 3 but the funny thing is though is that if you're buying PlayStation 1 games aren't going to be black they're going to be generic silver
We actually used to have a PlayStation store in the Bay Area… it was in the Metreon for years!
@@jackbuser but let's just be real the Sony PlayStation pretty much paid the way for a CD DVD Blu-ray in 3D video game consoles it pretty much was the reason they exist now
gonna go loot it rn /s
They shouldve opened it in Burbank or Citywalk NOT San Fran!
Sega!!!
Marry-O and Luigi. 😅😂😅
Tax right off for them
Gay/Bi Men love Nintendo so this will be a huge success
lol this place gonna get robbed clean, it seems Nintendo hasn’t been watching the news.
It will get cleaned out by looters.
This will introduces a whole new generation to Nintendo's magic. Especially when an illegal immigrant barges in and steals 30 Nintendo Switch consoles and 200 games to introduce to his kids and extended family back home. Creating a whole new generation of gamers.
Wouldn't Hollywood have been a better choice?
The local looters and homeless are rejoicing in the streets.
Well, the Japanese will truly understand the "American" experience if our politicians remain the same next year. This whole "excitement" seems like pride before fall...
A regime change won't fix anything. It's already too late and we haven't even seen how bad it is really going to get yet.
Lucky bastards.
Oh no Japan. Your store will close down in one day. And not come back
I wonder if they will have prizes drop if you jump up and punch the ceiling.
Can I sell my Wii, GameCube games ?here…
Why would you want to sell your GameCube games? But on that note any chance you got some N64 games you're selling?
✊🏿
The store will so get rob.
It's not gonna last
Gonna get robbed day 1
Finna be robbed daily
Let the stealing start...
What are you going to do with this? Buy gamers groceries
Huge mistake. Good luck
this won't last long
