I was in Tokyo and Yokohama in June and was looking all over for car meets but could never find them. I know Daikoku basically has something going on every weekend but unfortunately I didn't have a car. I ended up waiting by the highway connecting to the island and saw many awesome cars. Japan car culture is just amazing, id totally go back just to spend a few days wondering around and looking for cool and quirky car builds again and eating a good ramen at the end of the day!

For sure local like sammit are mad because behavior like that from outsiders are bringging police heat to the car scene. I think the guy rented the rx7 and was an outsider
