Hello, I have tried all those steps, but my problem hasnt been solved. So when I turn on my hp laptop "sometimes" the cam works with skype or a platform that I use, but then when I sign off skype or that platform the little led light next to the cam s still on (like it was not off after signing off from the app) so if I want to sign on again on any other app, it will give me the message: your cam is being used by other device. The only thing that helps me to "close the cam" is turning off the computer. Please if you could give me help I would do appreciate it. Aditionally I have unintalled and installed windows 10 and the problem continue.
