A45 has 100 more horses, All Wheels Drive vs Type R which is FWD ... on a wet condition. A45 has an advantage clearly ... and a 50% higher price tab. I will say good job to both the Honda Engineers and German Engineers for coming up with 2 'Super' cars that are great to drive and compete with. Great cars!!
They are on different leagues, is not even comparable. One side drives for a living, the others are just broadcaster / car journalist. Both are fun and professional in their own ways.
I can't help but to think that it would be amazing to see Keichi Tsuchiya to have a go at Rally Monte Carlo. I'd love to see how well he would do against like Sebastian Loeb.

As a Honda owner and therefore fan, having great appreciation for the brand and its products, I gotta say, that AMG wiped the floor with the Civic. And that's not a bad thing to any of us. On the contrary

It doesn't oversteer on power (power oversteer) that's impossible for FF, it's lift-off oversteer and chassis balance oversteer...

よく車両価格＋チューニング費用で高性能外車にタメ張ってる国産車スゲーって言ってる人いるけど内装や走りの質感、先進装備、ブランド力全負けしてるっていう事に気づいてない。そこもひっくるめての価格差なのよ。
ただ、最新のタイプRはそこを努力していて全体的な質感UPをして且つ500万切ってるのは本当に素晴らしいと思う。
