Cocoa is the main ingredient for making chocolate,the Samoan version however is mainly used as a hot beverage like how it was demonstrated in the video,it is also used as a flavouring agent for other Samoan dishes such as Koko alaisa or white rice boiled in water ,coconut cream and koko is added for flavour and koko esi or papaya boiled in water,coconut cream,sago and koko for flavour. And the fruit salad is an awesome desert or drink in the hot sun. You should try my favourite VALUVALU VI lol. Gao le oso ai o loka fia alu i Samoa se lol
