Yes, Fawful has more character development than Cackletta. Cackletta was an all powerful terrorist that didn't feel any downplay. Fawful basically had all the suffering, he had a interiority complex, became mentally ill, basically schizophrenic. Fawful had anger issues while Cackletta became more violent every time the Mario Bros came to her eye.

Where the heck is the gameplay? Who the fuck cares if your game has the best story ever. Or the greatest soundtrack like in all of your franchise. It matters if the game is ENJOYABLE.
I remember going through the whole game and fighting every enemy, becoming over leveled for the bosses, or least it should be, as well taking advantage of the double EXP charm when I got it sooner. Another thing too, my favorite; Was Queen Bean boss, due to me grinding practically and doing Bros Attacks almost every time, I unlocked the Advanced Super Splash Bros, and since Queen Bean's crown is considered a Spiky Enemy, it caused Double Damage each hit, easily defeating her in 2-3 rounds. And to include; Swing Bros is supidly OP. Time it right and you can deal over 1000 damage alone with the final fast spin, especially with Luigi having High Power and a Red Pepper Buff.
It took me 4 years to finish this game and now that I see this again, it brings back old memories, very good memories, thanks for reminding me of this beautiful man named Mario and Luigi RPG.

It’s no fun to be overleveled in these games. It takes the enjoyment out of boss fights in my opinion. The game is already easy but this just makes it even more so. It’s why I don’t like these compilations. Also, no damage isn’t an impressive flex. If you’re wondering why I’m here, sometimes I just like to listen to the boss fight music with actual gameplay going on
for some reason, this video has given me immense fear. i am so afraid to know that theres someone with this kind of power out there. i used to spend HOURS on these fights, waste THOUSANDS of items, and grind for DAYS on enemies to get to a higher level and master my bros attacks. not to mention get enough money for those sweet, sweet mushroom power badges. and here you are, defeating them with no damage taken. terrifying

Well, the video shows some pretty seriously optimized gear and stats. Not to mention perfect responses to every attack. I remember trying to beat the game with as little EXP as possible (avoiding pretty much every optional encounter). I think I had to grind a few levels for the Koopalings just to beat the turn limits (Cursed Bob-ombs!).
cackletta is the only boss (i believe) that retains her health in the remake, not to mention that every boss now has a rage mode Edit: the heart still has 1200 hp, the arms and head got a health increase...
The best thing about Hermie the third and popples battle and the piranha plants battle is that you don't have to fight them in a certain order you can fight them in any order you choose
To see you just run through these bosses that gave me such a hard time as a kid is hilarious to me🤣🤣wish I would’ve known that back then we don’t deserve you👏🏽💯😂
I was never able to beat Bowletta as a kid. Just beating Bowletta before getting to Cackletta's soul was SO difficult. It's kinda weird how easy it looks now. I mean, you got to the soul after two bros attacks. Wild how much easier things are when you're older. (I did beat Bowletta now btw)

Man this game is so good one fact pertaining to the bosses having so much hp. It's so much easier to be able to enjoy when the boss isn't killed in like 1 or 2 turns like you can do in paper mario

At my first playthrough i thought Boss 10 Lugmilla (=German) would be the last boss. Since it felt actually quite long for me to get there and the fight was quite hard. Was great to find out that this was just the „Prologue“ 😁 Great Game for the Game Boy SP, loved it !
I can't wait for Superstar Saga + Bower's Minions. This will have to do until then. I hope they make Cackletta's battles more fun and difficult. Maybe even increase her HP levels or add more abilities aside from, in her first battle, casting shadows.

In my opinion, I find it faster to use the advanced version of Splash Brothers against Queen Bean as it ignores the spikiness of the crown.
Luigi's advanced version can get rid of beanies faster when you accidentally spawn one while dodging queen beans Bean attack

I never understand why Bowletta has a hunched over appearance and Bowser doesn't. Plus as Rookie he looked like he lost some pounds.

When I played this game I learned that if you attack both popple and rookie and popple and birdo and you beat both of them you get a lot more EXP

At my first playthrough i thought Boss 10 Lugmilla (=German) would be the last boss. Since it felt actually quite long for me to get there and the fight was quite hard.

Cackletta, Fawful, and Popple are my favorite characters of this game. They're just cool at the beginning.
I replayed the entire game just to fight the other friends of Jojora, only to find out that they're all the same 😭😭
I can't wait for Superstar Saga + Bower's Minions. This will have to do until then. I hope they make Cackletta's battles more fun and difficult. Maybe even increase her HP levels or add more abilities aside from, in her first battle, casting shadows.
