He only confessed about the murder of Elaine to his youngest son, Todd after Pennsylvania Supreme Court changed his death penalty sentence to life in prison (prosecutors violated something). NC granted him parole in 2018 and he's now serving his time at Penn prison. "Around that same time, Todd visited his father, who admitted that he had seen him killing his mother when he was just 5 years old. Why did Boczkowski finally come clean to his youngest child? Todd believes that with the death penalty off the table his father no longer needed him to buy his lies. “It opened up my eyes into who he actually was as a person,” said Todd. “He's a cold, manipulative killer.”"
And Whitney's daughter too! What are the odds of mother and daughter both "drowning", in a bathtub!?! Disgusting how both of their deaths have been treated!

The same dr. Radisch that testified in high profile case of Kateleen Peterson death in the bottom of the staircase. I've got the feeling that she is uncertain of her own findings and leaves too much space for others to distorte her authopsy report results.
I think Dr. Wecht low-key insulted Dr. Radisch in one of his statements during this episode about the 21:00 mark. Though maybe I'm just imagining the implication he was making.
"Boczkowski was sentenced to death in 1999 for strangling Maryann, but that was thrown out by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court in 2004 because prosecutors violated a judge's order and allowed Boczkowski to be extradited to North Carolina," reported WTAE. Prosecutors were then able to use the murder conviction in North Carolina to "qualify him for the death penalty in Pennsylvania," per WTAE. That sentence would later be reduced to a life sentence, which is what he's serving today.” (From distractify).

It was long time ago. They are all grown up.
@@annkowal5086and? Still tragic. One of the kids, who is now grown, like you say, has made several comments here.
Any expert can be wrong, but when push comes to shove, I’m gonna believe Cyril Wecht.
If you get away with murder once, don't try it again.
How could any man think he would get away with whacking not just one wife, but two? Insane. Absolutely insane.
8:38 the detective's looks, expressions, voice, all say "this man is stupid and he thinks we are too"
Why does a vampire refrain from drinking the blood of a lawyer? Out of professional curtesy......
Tim Boczkowski is currently serving his life sentence at SCI Greene, Pennsylvania.
so, he didn't get the needle?

10:08 with this theory, someone should reopen the Whitney Houston case.
Not at all, for they don't suspect foul play in that murder.
She was murdered everybody knows this
And Whitney's daughter too!
What are the odds of mother and daughter both "drowning", in a bathtub!?!
Disgusting how both of their deaths have been treated!
I love the best friend, Marianne. You can tell she is a solid friend.
That defence lawyer talks bs... As soon as you have a life insurance you have a motive. And there is always a motive if the victim is a person close to you. A stupid argument can lead to murder. No other motive than you wanting peace from the other person
I knew I couldn’t dunk my head in the tub! I tried to tell my mom this so many times growing up, the police have solved it!!! It’s impossible to get your head underwater in a tub, smart cookies them cops
I think it depends on the tub. My tub is more than 50 years old. It can be filled to the top and even over. It doesn't have the safety drain like some do today.
The hot tub story is such a joke. And if she drank 15 beers, she’d be dead just from that. Even if she had a high tolerance, she wasn’t the size of a 50 year older truck driver!
Did he force feed her beer?
So, you're saying that the forensic evidence is wrong there, but accurate everywhere else?
she would have been pissing like a race horse after about 5-6 beers
I used to drink over 24 beers every day. I’m alive. You build up a tolerance. Her BAC of .022% is consistent with drinking 12 beers

How does that creepy lawyer sleep @ night 🌙
That's why people hate lawyers so much
@@ShmirchikArt Not when they help YOU out
That's 1 dodgy defence lawyer I'd steer well clear of
The D.A at the end is a savage.
I've just been trying to get this fire started. I've also been watching TraxNYC's jewelry. I'm sitting on my foam mattress now watching Forensic Files.💛
The second wife meets this dude at a Catholic Singles dance. Not for nothing, but he was flabby and not particularly good looking either. What a shame he was a pos. My parents met that way and were married 53 years. May they both RIP as well as these lovely women.
God bless us all.
And he was half bald.😁
That man is pure evil. Glad he was sent to prison.
What a horrible man that would do this to his children.
Status: Sentenced to life in prison in North Carolina. Sentenced to death in Pennsylvania in 1999. Sentence overturned. Resentenced to life in prison without parole in 2004.
How about we let me take over the updates from now on huh? After all it’s my life story lol still so much that hasn’t been made public.
@@toddboz poor, delusional child
Can we talk about the NC DA throwing the coroner, Dr Radisch, under the bus? “I’m sure she did the best she could, and I’m sure she feels terrible- personally- for the death of the second wife”…. WTF? 😮😅😂 That DA was NOT going to fall on his sword, that much is clear!!😂
On the first wife they said there was no water in the airways but what about the lungs? That should’ve been a major clue to rule as a homicide
“Airways” includes lungs
Elaine’s friend -sd memorable special things about her .Some just say generic “ he was great guy” “always happy” “smiling” RIP
Hey I like the moms suggestion. Punishment fit the crime
What a monster 👿 I’m staying single
lol good for you
That last guy! 😂
His kids inherited his lack of smarts.
Good. He needs to be punished before he dies. Take a life and now he is miserable for the rest of his life before he dies. I hope he lives to 100 atleast.
@@Jenna2ka life sentence is actually 25 years though
I feel so sorry for the kids
Both wives, were sooo identical; caucasian with very pale skin, red hair, they were short, wore coke bottle glasses (as the lady at one point said!), and according to Tim, they were both drunk, while in a tub, BOTH had heart condition and drowned... yeah, right!!!
I dont understand how anyone can kill the person they " love" for money.
Whenever I contemplate murder two options always leap out at first: drowning in the bath or falling down stairs. Alcohol always useful...
*"Whenever I contemplate murder"*..This sentence alone us scary. Who did you contemplate murdering?🤔🤔
Check Randy's pulse :😊😅😊😅😊
Looking😅😊😊
THIS IS JUST LIKE THE EPISODE CALLED "BROKEN PROMISES "
March 2024 - The state Supreme Court on Tuesday overturned the death sentence for a Ross man convicted of killing his second wife in the couple's hot tub.
The court ordered Timothy Boczkowski, 48, to be sentenced to life in prison without parole for the Nov. 7, 1994, strangulation of his 36-year-old wife, Maryann.
I worked at an ethanol plant. I did labwork and there's a big similarity between the instruments and equipment used. When I hear them talking about some of the procedures and equipment they employ in forensic science, I have also used such things but for other purposes.
It's intriguing how they piece little clues together to come up with the guilty party.
Pure greed. Glad he got caught
Rip Dr. Wecht❤
Ruth Schumann: his sentence should be chain him to a cinderblocks and throw him into the river. So he can feel what it's like to be drown. I bet you're not gonna use that.
Film Rise: is that a challenge?
This guy is the best this Dr he is amazing. I would love his look at keyli Rodnis autopsy report

All the quips about “holding water” in this episode are too much. 😅 And Maryann’s aunt’s side comments are quite comical as well. 😂
