Love your reaction. It's nice to see how much you appreciate all the work Geoff (& Kathy, his wife) put into his videos. As a member of his (& VoicePlay's) Patreon, I get behind the scenes footage. This video had a day for setup, a day for filming (9 hours!) and a day for take down. Eli, from VP, did the lighting and it was filmed at Pattycake Productions, owned by VP's Layne & Tony Wakim, former VP member and they were both there helping out. Geoff had to film this one in "makeup order" and because of that and the fact that the 5 Geoff's switch off on the "solo" parts so frequently, Kathy had to queue Geoff through each character as to when to sing and which direction to look. It was ALOT of work but as you said Geoff always goes that extra mile. He is a true artist in every way.
Geoff is a master storyteller. I love how Gimli “invoked” the spirits of his ancestors to honor the fallen. Just beautiful! I hope he does the Last Goodbye too.
This made me pick up my tattered, wellread copy of the book and start all over again. Must read about the passage through Moria again. Geoff killing it all, as usual.

You're very welcome Highly😉. This has become my favorite song and video by Geoff. And my top favorite lullaby. I can and have listened to it many times on loop. Especially while laying down relaxing or going to sleep. Fall asleep to and wake up to it. I have sleep headphones so I don't bother my daughter while shes sleeping. And i can lay my head down comfortably. And now that my new regular headphones just came (my others died a few days ago) I can enjoy them even more. And thank you for the shout out. That made me so happy and touched my heart ❤️
Voiceplay and Geoff released their new Christmas videos on their Patreons Friday and Saturday. They are absolutely amazing. When Voiceplay released their "Sleeping In The Cold Below" by Warframe video games video a year ago they liked it so much they commissioned Voiceplay to do a video for their new game Warframe1999. Voiceplay released a Teaser Short with more information. All 3 videos will be premiering this month (December) sometime soon.
He has the trilogy and this one is my absolute favorite. So gorgeous, the tribute to Durin's Song. Oh, and I nearly forgot to tell you that VoicePlay dropped a new one today - Be Prepared with the regular 4 with Mykal who was a founding member of their group before he left for Broadway where he has done well. Good to see him (also can see him for a minute in Just Sing).
