I’ve never cried at a TV show, nor movie. Not even endgame. (Or infinity war)
But Steven universe.
sTEVEN UNIVERSE-
To be fair, it would be a lot harder to cry at Endgame, because we knew that Endgame wasn’t the end, we knew there was more to come, but with Steven Universe, this was the end, there won’t be anything else. The story of Steven Universe is complete, whereas the MCU isn’t, and won’t be for a long, long while.
I would say same, but Steven Universe, Endgame, Infinity War, and TOO MANY MOVIES to count, have made me cry. I cried in Infinity War near the beginning when Loki died and when I cried in Endgame when I saw Spiderman again and when Tony died. And Steven Universe has made me cry from so many episodes.

Beautiful rendition of “Being Human” that had me all emotional again for the 80,642nd time since Friday (it’s only Monday), but then you slid into “Love Like You” and I lost it, bursting into tears with an ugly cry.

Not gonna lie here I cried so hard because of the last episodes. It reminds me so much about myself. And this song is so good too.
Edit: also it gave me an introspective insight. I am afraid of failure and have a low selfesteem because I know/ feel like I am a burden on my parents, a fraud of the highest order. And because I am a fraud I am just one step away of the abandonment I deserve. So what i theoretically need is a family or people that could confirm to stay by my side nomatter what I do or who I am.

When you started playing “Love Like You” at the end, you don’t know how big the chill I got was. Thank you.
Damn, now I understand how much this show marked my life... I started watching Steven Universe when I was 6. Then I realised that the characters were based on real gemstones. When I went on vacations, at the sea side, there was always a little store who sold tiny gemstones. And, well, I think you know what happened next. Everyday, at the same time, I bought a gemstone. Now I have a collection of gemstones. And yes, I bought gemstones during 6 YEARS. But I didn’t regret.
Then my little cousin went on vacations with me! And well, he bought gemstones too. ;)
And now, when I listen “Love like you”, I get memories of me and my family being happy on the beach, and memories of me playing with my little cousin... :)
Steven Universe taught me how to dream, and to deal with my problems. Steven Universe taught me that life is the best thing on the planet Earth, and I may not waste it on useless things. Thank you, Steven Universe. :)

this and undertale was what made me get into your channel, it's sad to see it go, but hopefully it will return with a spinoff of some form or something in a few years. what rebecca has said and implied in recent interviews does not rule out a return sometime, it *certainly* leaves the door open even though she said that there will be no official comic continuations (possibly forever).
