Most of time I find viewers struggle when it comes to buying avocados. Most of the times, I find people buy raw avocados, which in turn taste a little bitter- and so then the avocados never feature in the home menu. It’s an excellent superfood - one that is an excellent choice to manage weight, to prevent diabetes, to improve digestion digestion, brain and eyes.
Here I have shown 3 color Hass Avocados and showing you which one is the right and ripe to pick. Also how you cut it; just be careful and don’t hurt your fingers.

Yes , for avocado it is said that someone did not go to the party because avocado was supposed to get right that that time. It's really really difficult to select the well RIPED avocado. In USA I still find it remains for quite a good number of days but in India AND Singapore it gets overripe very soon .
I agree. The amt of times I have either been too early or too late to cut the avocado and it really pinches when avocado goes to waste. It is quite expensive.☹

Thanks for sharing.. I would therefore suggest buying avocado a day before you would need it using the tips I have given; then you should get the right one.
It is because avocado comes from abroad to India; so there is travel time that it goes through under cold storage .. then it suddenly is brought out in India’s hot climate. Hence suggested these tips to take care while buying

Important note:- In India, Avacado is not grown and has imported. So don't eat, eating local fruits is best. If you are in America or Canada eat Avacado as it's a local fruit to there.
Their are many other Indian superfoods which contain double the amount of nutrients than an avacado
