That’s the foot light. Depending on the trim, may or may not have those.
What brand was the cheap one that you took out?
It was branded as TYC.

Was a TYC. Have had good success with some of their other products.
If it’s a really easy replacement process, try aftermarket. If it’s a real pain in the rump to reach, put in original!
As per the video, the aftermarket one was noisy. Mopar replacement still doing great.
