Wow Fred... Phenomenal. It's like time hasn't passed at all. First time I saw you live was w/ Angels and Airwaves in SD in the summer of 06'. I love these play throughs you're doing. It also shows/reminds the average listener how much is going on in the song at your level when you're playing it live.

The guitar work in this song is so under-rated within TBS’ catalog. You and Eddie really made something special happen in this song especially considering it was the first song you all wrote together. Would you be able to do a play through of “Lullaby” or “Little Devotional”? I’ve never been able to get that harmonized lead part down, and I’d love to see if broken down somehow.

I graduated in 2004. Unfortunately, I had never heard of Taking Back Sunday then. I found out about them about a month ago, and have been trying to catch up as quick as I can lol. Thanks Fred, my favorite band member so far.

I know leaving TBS was the right decision for you and you seem happy, but I'd be lying if I said I didn't wish there was an alternate timeline where you were still making music with them. Those albums are their best work.
Thank you Fred...I just finished two long stressful shifts at the hospital and listening to this and seeing you play just made my day and transported me back to many great memories of road tripping in Arizona during my undergrad years in premed. One of my favorite albums of all time, whenever I listen to it I always (try to!) sing your parts, I always thought you had the perfect blend of talent and emotion....thank you again.

Just as flawless as usual! I've always been a huge TBS fan, so much so that I've learned every song on bass and some on guitar, from Tell All Your Friends to some of the self-titled album, anyways. Anyways, TBS was something VERY special when you were a part of it. Nothing against John Nolan, I think he is an excellent guitarist and songwriter with lovely vocals but it just isn't the same.

This is probably my favorite Taking Back Sunday song. I love everything about it. Crunchy rhythm. Basically a sick solo throughout the verses. Back and forth vocals. Drums on point as always. Amazing finale. And of course Fred still sounds amazing. I feel absolutely blessed that I saw TBS on the Louder Now tour. I saw them play a long set at the Great Allentown fair like 15 years ago when MCR canceled and it was a spiritual experience. WYWTB and Louder Now are masterpieces. The Louder Now Parttwo recordings are also so good, but I do get just a touch of sadness when I hear the drums from Bonus Mosh pt 2 at the end of What's it Feel Like to be a Ghost. I wish the whole set was recorded and/or released.

You literally wrote me back saying how excited you were to come back to Cali for some warm weather. This is probably my favorite Taking Back Sunday song. I love everything about it. Crunchy rhythm. Basically a sick solo throughout the verses. Back and forth vocals. Drums on point as always. Amazing finale. And of course Fred still sounds amazing. I feel absolutely blessed that I saw TBS on the Louder Now tour. I saw them play a long set at the Great Allentown fair like 15 years ago when MCR canceled and it was a spiritual experience. WYWTB and Louder Now are masterpieces. The Louder Now Parttwo recordings are also so good, but I do get just a touch of sadness when I hear the drums from Bonus Mosh pt 2 at the end of What's it Feel Like to be a Ghost. I wish the whole set was recorded and/or released.
Bonus Mosh holds a special place for me. It was the first song we wrote together as a band when I joined. Thanks for watching

Damn this brings back memories. I remember I seen you guys at the orange show 2006 or 2007. I wrote you like 2 weeks before the show on MySpace. You literally wrote me back saying how excited you were to come back to Cali for some warm weather. You made little 16 year old me all fucking happy haha you’ve always been my favorite since those days and still here in 2020. Just bought bend to break on vinyl.
