Not trying to hate my dude, but it seems like 90% of the clips you're showing us are shootouts and drivebys. While those play a big part, it should be noted that unless you're gonna join a gang or become a cop/sd (which you not likely to if you're new), these large scale shootouts and brawls are gonna be few and far between. Also the toxcitity in LSRP is no joke. Be prepared for 50% of shootouts to end in OOC bitching "wtf DM/powergame" "nice meta. Whats the reason? Reported" The staff do their best to stop the constant ooc whining, but it sucks when even legitimate IC killings require you to defend yourself oocly on the forums and provide a reason...
SAMP itself does not support voice chat. That's why most servers have a Discord, Teamspeak, Ventrilo, etc. Though they're usually just for factions and/or OOC bullshit. Most RP servers don't allow you to use voice chat apps, because it makes it much easier to Metagame.
