First of all, how pathetic and unscientific is a statement like "DNA upayogichu kandethaan pattumenkil kannu kondu nokkiyum kande than pattum oru paridhi vare". I mean seriously? How did you guys let this guy on stage?
First of all, he is speaking from a prejudice that there are wide variety of differences in DNA of different castes. That itself is such a hog wash.
Caste system is relatively a new phenomenon. Before castes system came into existence, there was class system. Before that there was no such social system. People in Indian sub continent used to mix so freely before the advent of the so called brahmanism. So the DNA of a temple priest and a so called Dalit person won't have much difference in them.
Caste system is a lie created by purists when they cant remember their history and wanted to achieve superior status in society. As they do often, they give a metaphysical explanation for this social system in some of their imaginative stories.(I consider vedas as stupid imaginations and assumptions of tribal, primitive men).
Another shocking argument this guy spewed was we can identify certain castes by their look itself. That is such a stupid argument. There are pitch dark, small nose people in namboodiri and iyer communities. There are fair, tall, long nose guys and very fair Skinned women in thiya community which is totally outside the varna system. There are short, dark men and fair and tall men in all communities.
No, you cant tell someone's caste from their looks. These kinds of arguments are not just childish but so low IQ ish. I have decided to not watch this video beyond this because it literally insults the intelligence of the audience. If this is the level of science thinkers in Kerala, it needs an urgent revamp!

There is a 90s film named Singara Velan starring Kamal Haasan. In that film, there is a dialogue by Kamal, " Dey cousin ponnai marry panna koodathu..kuzhanthaikalukku diseases ellllam varumaa daa? genetic problem aavathaa?"

Also we should define caste here. Not all different castes may be actually of different DNA type. For example in Kerala’s context if a non Dalit marries a Dalit only it can be considered as mixed marriage. Rest all castes have almost similar DNA
