The Ritz Carlton needs you back. So much has changed since your departure and not for the best. I had such a sense of Pride while working there. Visiting a Ritz Carlton now is like visiting a Marriott or Hilton. It no longer has the Wow factor it used to have. Wish you could do something to bring it back to its original glory.

A good reminder for any Business that wants to identify the model for Customer Service. Not everyone can attain it easily, but so many don't even try. Leaders and Managers that are not involved, are not leaders. Committed and looking back, and moving forward. Important lessons and good model.

Even after Mr. Schulze had already mentioned he didn't get his bottle of water for this event, nobody ever brought it to him. And his speech was on providing exceptional customer service. Probably no one got the memo?!?

Retail Doc posted a scathing account of his experience at the Big Easy Ritz Carlton. He also mentioned other irate reviews in Trip Advisor. Maybe Marriott ruined the chain?
