My son has had one of these for 7 years or more ... brilliant rifle .. bang on target , even after these many years and a lot of miss - use ... regulator needs changing now .. £150 service from BSA... small amount to pay to get this rifle back on top form ... good video 👍
Good review. I have returned to air rifles after 40 years and have a 1.77 midnight blue carbine. lovely gun shooting of the bi pod but with the weight of the bi pod and my large FFP scope it weighs in at exactly 10 pounds so not a lightweight.
Have been looking at these for a while now, am actually looking at ordering one this week but are they worth the money? I have the BSA ultra SE but want to upgrade to a gun with a bigger cylinder and the r10 keep popping up as top gun? Thanks for the vid its defo swayed me to getting one. Subbed also
Good hunting rifle.. i shoot the 1.77 version camo and easily bag rabbits at 50yards no problem.. slightly heavy to carry around but once in position you soon forget about that down side.
damn you guys must be pussies, i have the R10th and can carry it around easily all day dont find them heavy at all. you talk heavy try lumping around the springer HW97KT now thats a heavy gun.
Dont buy one, I got the BSA R10SE and had to change the regulator to the Huma Air one despite it having their so called improved regulator in, still mising barn doors, I get far better accuracy out of my Springer Walther LGV.

Got the r10 viper number 97 out of 100 ,,took it to gun club and every one wanted a look ,well done BSA 👍
