This video captures overall fuel efficiency of Honda cb350 in city. I have tried to include all the variables like road condition, traffic conditions, gears, speed, days and route. Bike was ridden 165.8 kms in 3 days.
I am happy with the bikes efficiency.

Hi Srinurajana, yes indeed. It’s a really good mileage from this class of bike. You are also right abt RE 350cc line up gives less than 30kmpl. So ya, in terms of mileage Honda shines.

I have a meteor 350 .. I am getting 41kmpl in highway and 36 kmpl in city. Multiple time a measure . Speed 80kmpl k nise hona chahiye
@nayan_2472 thank you Nayan, for sharing. You are extracting really good mileage out of Meteor. Don’t know but words are spreader RE350 line up gives very less mileage. Infact some of Bullet350 owners themselves have mentioned that they get less than 30kmpl in city. I have still not heard anything like that abt Meteor though. So it seems J series engine is more efficient in Meteor.
In city I am getting 33.7 km
I am also planning to buy hiness 350 soon😊 amaizing bike eith great weight distribution...just 10 kgs less than classic but what a balance this bike has..got good insight from this video...happy and safe biking buddy

Now my confusion is my background is sports category. I ride Dominar and also have a BS4 NS 200. I had a super bike too 2017 S1000RR. Family issue k liye mujhe wo bike bechna pada. Now a days vehicle count is rapidly growing but sadke wohi h na wo chowdi hogi kavi. Mujhe Daily commute me NS chalana padta h jo ki traffic me bar bar shifting ka dard jhel na padta h. I use Dominar for touring. Now I want to sell one of my bike and buy something like Honda CB 350. Bullet toh kavi v neh. Ab mujhe ye batiyen k CB 350 se mujhe power lag ya frequently shifting jaisa kuch jhelna toh neh parega na?

cb350 is really good for the city mainly due to its light clutch and smooth gear shifting. Acceleration is good. Gear shift is not an issue as it has slip and assist clutch which makes it fun. Low end torque is good but not the best hence you would need to be in lower gear such as 1st gear for 10kmph and below, 2nd gear for 10-25, and so on.
I would suggest you take a test ride and see if it appeals to you. For me it was perfect hence bought it.

Initial my mileage before 1st service was near to 37...,but after 2nd service it dropped to 34.6

This is very strange if all the variables are constant and only change is 2nd service then it’s very strange. Meaning if traffic condition, tyre pressure, speed, gears and duration all these can impact the bike efficiency.

Hi bro, yes indeed and finally cb350 was the bike for me.
I like Hness exhaust which is kind of soothing and appeal to me and cb350 is more like classic retro sound. I prefer Hness.

Bro, Honda bikes has a very good centre of gravity which helps in handling these bikes. I am sure 5.2” can manage this bike. Still would recommend to take a test ride. 👍

Hi Navneet, I had the same confusion and when I compared them I found cb350 be a better option for my needs. I was looking for a city bike and cb350 ticked ✅ max boxes for me like:
- Feather light clutch thanks to slip and assist function
- Smooth and precise gear shifting
- Fuel efficient (cb350 gives 33-37kmpl in city)
All these are the plus in Honda whereas Classic does not satisfy these needs as rightly as by Honda.
Hence I picked cb350 and so far not regretting my decision.

How is the suspension do it hert your back?
Suspension is decent and soaks up nicely but not like an adventure bike.
Which is good between classic 350 honda cb350 jawa 42
For Pure city use cb350 is my choice. It has light clutch(thanks to slip and assist function) and smooth gear shift makes it easy to ride in city. Mileage is really good as well and you can get a range of 550-600kms full tank.

I was searching for this comment. Finally, I can say I'm not alone. I bought the CB350 last month, and I'm getting 23-24 km/L. I mostly drive within a 3 km radius from home to my kid's school. I've driven a total of around 340 km so far. I only bought the bike because I needed better suspension than a scooter. It serves the purpose, but I need to drive more to get a better average out of it.

Engine heat is burning my right leg
Hi bro, I have ridden cb350 more than 1k kms and all in city condition but did not feel engine heat even after riding for abt 2hrs without any stop. I assume that, your experience may be isolated and may be due to something else so plz get it checked. Do share if my assumption is wrong.

Hi Abhinav, cb350 suspension is decent however you would feel the jolts but not unsettling.

Costle service
Service cost is slightly higher or similar to RE classic. But Honda is more reliable. For me it’s ok to pay little extra for peace of mind.

Hi Hassan, FI engine me fuel tank kabhi empty nahi karte he. Method I used is the most trusted one and on top of it I did it multiple days, time and route.
I am getting 32-35 in city and 40-42 on the highways as per the meter on the display of my CB350. I haven't tested how accurate is that. After 620km and 1st servicing

You are getting exactly what I got in the city and in this video I have shown that the MID display is very close to what I got in a tank to tank method hence can be trusted, as a correct apply +-0.5kmpl.

Hi Parikshit, I loved Speed400 and that is why we bought one for my brother. I was looking for something laid back, relaxed, classic retro and cb350 met those requirements.
