I have done test ride of Guerrilla and speed. You are correct 100% ***since this comment is pinned now, i feel i should share more insight from the test ride done in Gurgaon City*** 1. Engine: I like the linear power in Speed. Guerrila's first gear felt like scooty. at 2nd gear it felt extreme raw but sometimes throttle was lagging to provide me power. 3rd gear felt not great as of 2nd one. Overall speed was giving good performance in every single gear. 2. Suspension: Speed is better. Guerrilla Suspension was good but throwing me away sometimes. At high speed it felt more and could be uncontrollable. Speed was absorbing me well. 3. Break: Felt both breaks are good in RE but speed front one is better. back is just nehhhh. 4. vibration: cant say more cause both were test bikes. check other ownership reviews. 5. Heating: please be open to heat as the engine is bigger and powerful. In speed I felt the heat coming in my inner thigh in traffic. Heat is there in RE too. Need to know where you feel the heat in these bikes. For example the inner thigh may not be bearable but at the foot it can be bearable. 6. Handing: speed is better, very light, always in control. In RE my hands started to hurt only in 20 mins very badly. I felt heavy too. 7. Gear: Low end torque is better in speed. i can overtake at 3rd gear. i never used 1st gear in speed. picked it up from 2nd gear. didn't much shift gear. bike is easy and fun. 8. seat height: Seat height is just a gimmick. My feet were more placed in speed and cb350rs than RE. Haha idk maybe the width is the factor. The seat is comfortable in both bikes since the speed is easy to ride and fun. It feels more comfortable. 9. Fuel Avg: Cant say anything about this. But RE maybe better. but as a rider be open to this. 10. conclusion: Speed is a better deal. overall bike city and tour. ( that's my personal preference)
In my test rides I felt Guerilla was much better. Speed 400 suspension was very stiff and hurt my back when the roads got a little uneven, heating in traffic was horrible, it was cooking my calves and thighs. RE was moderately hot. Performance and handling wise both bikes felt good. TFT display also feels much superior than what Speed offers. If the fuel tank in Guerilla gave 12-13L it would have been a solid deal. Service cost should also be cheaper on RE.

Downshift at 80 kmph directly on 1st gear from 4th., what happend was technically correct. Slipper clutch holds your speed till 40-47 in 1 st gear, not more than that, please go through the details of using slipper clutch before doing such things and spreading news
Only problem is Triumph should use Bajaj district main big service centre to service their byk.. Without service centre no. Increase triumph will not grow for sure.

Depend in purpose Meteor ek multipurpose bike hai Bullet wala feel yadi lena hai to meteor me hi maza aayega. Traffic me jada confidence rahega Hilly area me bahot confidence rahega Uphill traffic me bhi pura confidence rahega aap 6/7 ki speed me bhi sarak sarak k chalte rah sakte ho bike band nahi hogi low end me bahot maza aayega. Meteor ek aisi bike hai har jagah log dekhte hai ise feel like bhaukal. Posture bahot comfartable hai long ride me thoda easy rahta hai but pot holes me aap khade nahi ho sakte to sidha Jerk padta hai back pe. Jo bhi dekhta hai to bullet kahta hai to sunke Accha feel hota hai. Tank size bada hai 15 liter ka kahi bhi le jao बेफ़िक्र. Engine me kafi power feel hoti hai low speed me. Baccho wali bike nahi lagti. Seat space bahot sara hai pillion space bhi bahot comfartable hai. Yahi sab observation hai meri jo maine 30 hazar km chalaya meteor ko. but not a perfect bike for touring na hi meteor aur na hi Guerrilla dono ko lene k baad hi kuch time Baad aapko upgrade ka feel Hoga. First gear me dum nhi hai bilkul bhi in 2nd gear & above bohot zyada power hai. Throttle response bohot tagda hai to abhi first service se pehele sambhal ke chalata hu
Interceptor 650 segment hi alag hai bhai twin cylender ki baat hi alag hai. feel hi alag hai uska and low end output aur engine ka charector ek dum different hai compare to sherpa. bus aapko apni need k Hisab se dekhna hoga. Daily ride karna hai & economical bhi hona chaiye then go for sherpa engine. Yadi aapke liye milege matter nahi karta 18/20 ki average se kaam chal sakta hai aur mostly higway ride hoti hai then go for 650 gem. Note-aapko ye dekhna hoga ki handling me aapko issue na aaye. interceptor ka weight thoda jada hai aur easy balance nahi hoti short rider se. to aap ye dhyan me rakhke choose karna milege and handling. Baki 650 engine log le to lete hai sound and power output k wajah se but 650 segment ko manage karna thoda cahllengebal hai like milege heating handling service cost. Indian highway k liye aur daily use k hisab se to max to max 400 se uppar engine ko lena thoda unpractical decission sabit hota hai baki emotion k samne practical bate kaha dekhte hai log. Waise iska main Reason iska sherpa engine hai iska charector aisa hai ki koi bhi jab isko chalayega to faltu me isko bhagata rahega paglo k jaise bhagti hai yeh. iska top end and iska charector aisa hai ki isko throttle dete hi goli jaise jati hai & isko 70/80 bhi chalana mushkil sa lagta hai ye apne app 100 par chali jati hai aur pata bhi nahi lagta ki aap 100/110 pe chal rhe ho. aur यदि aap dhime chalao aur यदि gear ka thoda bhi dhyan nahi raha to turant knocking hone lagti hai & iska exhaust ka sound bar bar aapke dimag me dopamine ko boost karta hai ki aur tez aur tez chalao Re ne kuch addictive sa engine banaya hai. yahi main reason hai isko tez chalane ka baki mai dhyan rakhunga ki future me aise ride na karu.

Interceptor 650 segment hi alag hai bhai twin cylender ki baat hi alag hai. feel hi alag hai uska and low end output aur engine ka charector ek dum different hai compare to sherpa. bus aapko apni need k Hisab se dekhna hoga.
Daily ride karna hai & economical bhi hona chaiye then go for sherpa engine.
Yadi aapke liye milege matter nahi karta 18/20 ki average se kaam chal sakta hai aur mostly higway ride hoti hai then go for 650 gem.
Note-aapko ye dekhna hoga ki handling me aapko issue na aaye. interceptor ka weight thoda jada hai aur easy balance nahi hoti short rider se. to aap ye dhyan me rakhke choose karna milege and handling.
Baki 650 engine log le to lete hai sound and power output k wajah se but 650 segment ko manage karna thoda cahllengebal hai like milege heating handling service cost. Indian highway k liye aur daily use k hisab se to max to max 400 se uppar engine ko lena thoda unpractical decission sabit hota hai baki emotion k samne practical bate kaha dekhte hai log.
