Tall Gearing, everyone have mentioned in their video, but the way you explained & guided is truly awesome. I was bit comcerned about seats, but now my doubts are cleared. This is the coolest review I have watched on CB350RS so far. I replaced my Classic Reborn with CB350RS in September last year. All I can say is, CB350RS is an amazing machine that does it's job with finesse and refinement. It's way better than any other 300-400 cc motorcycles in terms of refinement. There is only one thing that I think is useless though...the 5th gear. 😀 It really does very very little to the speed, literally can't accelerate or maintain speed while climbing ramps (flyovers). Forces us to down-shift. No other issues noticed. It's a vintage-looking modern gem! 🙂
Thank you, Raghuram. And, I second that, it is not a nice feeling when you have to downshift from the 5th gear to even maintain speeds on flyovers. I have experienced this. Over the years, I figured, it’s best not to use the 5th gear. I only use the 5th gear when I want to extract maximum mileage and ride at a constant 80 casual.

One of the best reviews. 🙂 Apt name for the beast. I am trying to figure out between Xpulse and CB350. I know they are different segments. You've covered all aspects and I've experienced this on rental bike. The only factor which is keeping me from getting the CB350 is riding comfort and the ability to absorb bad patches.

Thank you so much Baba for saying the Matt Grey looks solid. Blue is fav so I was inclined towards the Blue but My wife wanted the Matt grey. She is not rigid at all, she said after all it's your bike, your choice. But still I wanted to respect her opinion. Now when you said the grey is solid and have good road presence I believe I made the right choice buying the Matt grey. Now everyone's happy.
This is first time I am watching your video. Thanks for the detailed review. Nice to know you. Good to see so many matured riders in India. I recently sold my Yamaha r15M because of the sharp wrist pain and pathetic braking and brake feel. I couldn't do more than 450 KMs in a day without ignoring the wrist pain. I am planning to buy a new bike. I have ridden a BMW GS1250 R for around 8000 KMs and after ripping it out on highways, I settled down at a speed of 80-90, where I could glide and absorb the beauty of the surroundings. That made me realize that you don't need a powerful big bike to enjoy touring/biking, it's the effortless travel which rewards you. I heard that Honda is working on Himalayan 411 kind of adventure bike (saw some patent screenshot). Will wait till the year end, if there is no launch of a new bike from Honda, I will get a CB 350 RS, and hopefully join you on a trip (I would like to) if you don't mind riding in a company. Seeing your way of riding and hearing you, I felt that it will be a great company. I am also from Ghaziabad. Happy riding. Ride safe. Wish you long miles with smiles.
Absolutely, baba. Would love to catch up some day and also learn from your experience of riding big bikes, I am so inclined to get myself a supersports motorcycle.
Bhai tu kitna awesome hai yaar. CB350 ke saath saath tujhse bhii pyaar hone lagaa yaar. You look so pure hearted. Stay same always. God bless your parents and family
I can assure about Honda reliability as i have 2 Honda bikes, hero honda glamour 2007 (still my daily), CBR250R 2012 and thinking of CB350RS as a third one. till date the glamour and CBR never demanded anything other than general service ie oil and filter change. lovely review, ride safe brother.
Great video. I don’t live in India but I have had numerous big bikes and currently own a sport bike and an adventure bike. I have been toying with the idea of getting a CB350RS in India as I love the looks but haven’t ridden it yet and that is how I landed up at your video. Here are a few pointers that will help you hopefully. Invest in foam grips (they go over your OEM handlebar grips). You will thank me later. This will isolate whatever little vibrations that come through if any. You can get mirror extensions which you can use with your OEM mirrors if you like the look and would like to keep the original mirrors. Even if the bike is an Fi, you don’t have to worry about low fuel and if it would harm your bike. It is fine as long as there is fuel flow. Lastly, where I am, we change the battery every two years without waiting for it to die. The reason is, when the battery dies, you are at the wrong place at the wrong time. Hope these tips will help you and anyone else watching and reading your posts.

Lovely and informative video! I agree with everything that has been said in it. Something that i feel you missed out on is the front mud guard. Ik you mentioned it being bad, but Honda does sell you some extenders. They help prevent the mud reaching your legs to a large extent, however they cause the mudguard to break eventually. Recently the new special edition 350rs' have been launched and they have a metal mudguard which i believe will solve that issue to a large extent. My friend is trying to get it installed on his bike, I'll try to let you know if its a success.
Happy New Year to you, Gavin. I wish you good health, lots of happiness and professional success in the coming time. Thank you for adding value on Stallion’s UA-cam 🙏🖤

@@shubham_k_chaudhari well, it's a long story, but I'll try to explain it as it was informed by the service centre people. The cb350rs could always be retrofitted with the Honda Hness Anniversary edition's metal mudguard, but it's not made in a very high quantity as it's a special edition bike. With the new hue editions, Honda launched the metal mudguard as an accessory which can be bought separately, so you don't have to wait for the special color matched edition of the anniversary edition. This way, those who want a replacement for the anniversary edition of the mudguard can get it for their bike and RS owners can opt for the other metal one. The main thing is that the metal one uses different brackets than the plastic one, this is causing it to be delayed. My friend plans to install it as soon as they get stock of it, it's already been ordered from his side, the part just needs to arrive.

Hi buddy, saw your review covering all aspects. Your explanation is very detailed & accurate and I am sure it will be quite helpful for many riders. I am going to purchase highness due to better comfort. Just had a question : Can I put cb350rs tyres in highness ? Will it affect it's handling in a bad way ? Currently I own fz25. It's fat rear tyre has saved me many times from pot holes. So I want a fat rear tyre but a comfortable riding position as well. Plz advice.
If I were you, I will not do that. The manufacturer goes to large extents of R&D to figure out the best tyre dimensions for a motorcycle. Plus, changing tyre dimension to anything that’s not recommended will mess up the odometer ( show high/low speeds, and inaccurate km), will change riding height and handling of the motorcycle. So, I wouldn’t recommend.
Hi bawa, I took test ride of rs 350 today, I loved the feel of it, its buttery smooth, one thing set me back ro go ahead is, no tyre hugger, and mudgaurd, In rainy seasons this will cause problem, I'm confused between hunter 350 and this. Any suggestions you would like to give.
Hi brother, amazing review!! So clear and crisp. Have watched many reviews on Honda CB 350 but by far I felt this video was the best. This is more like you are sharing your experiences from your heart than making a review video. I am almost sold on buying the Honda CB350. I have few questions. Please help me with your opinions on those. I am 5"8 and weigh about 75 kgs. Am based out of Bangalore and my usage will be mostly city ride on weekends. May use it for work daily soon. maybe 70kms daily. And occasional bike rides mostly with friends but plan to take my wife and my 4 yr old daughter also along sometime. I dont enjoy riding bikes at speeds beyond 100. I am more of a cruiser kinds. 1. Which one do you suggest me to go for? Honda CB350 or RS or Honda CB Highness? 2. Any facelift or 2024/2025 model to be launched that you are aware of? I am yet to go for the test rides still your opinion may help me decide.
Thank you for detailing your situation. If I were you, I’ll blindly pick the Honda CB350 (not highness). Best of both worlds. As per me, the only reason one shouldn’t buy a Honda CB350 is the lack of power beyond 120kmph on the odo.
I am not aware of a facelift. I read they are working on a Himalayan look alike with the same 350 engine. I would t wait for that if I were you. Figured lately, life is too short to wait for something that you are capable of doing today. ( I mean if you can afford it, go for it already, time passes way too soon)

One of my biggest queries is about mobile mounting on the handle bar - mobile cameras these days have optical image stabilization (the camera is not rigidly fixed inside the phone and has some moving parts so that it can take more stable photos/videos). I have heard that if we keep mobiles mounted on the bikes too much, it damages the moving parts of the camera (basically damages optical image stabilization) because of the constant vibrations from the bikes and the photos/videos you click on your phone start coming out as blurry (like phones we used to have 6-7 years ago). Have you faced this issue on your phone since you mount your phone on the bike? Asking because I don't wanna damage my phone in any way since it's expensive
@@Aryannoyed I haven’t had any issues so far, in 3 years. Baaki your concern is valid. There are many high end mounting options you can go for that helps with the vibrations.

Totally depends on your priorities, baba. I would assume that you already know which to pick as you have taken the test ride. I recommend that you pick the motorcycle you connected with the most. Also, I would pick the Scrambler X over the Speed 400
Can you please suggest between Meteor 350 vs Cb350RS. My purpose is not speed, mostly reliability, power and mileage. Also, is the pillion seat enough for a person? Can you also comment on meteor350 vs rs350 mileage?

Is it worth the money for the issues that comes with it. Mudguard rear and front even with tyre hugger mud splashes to pillion, wobbling, low headlight throw, paint quality and not much support from honda on parts compared to highness.
No. You could ask the Honda showroom to add the charging connecter from the Highness on the RS. Or, like me, you could install the Bobo Claw grip charger, I have been using this for 3 years now.
Yes, please. During rainy season and even on wet roads, water and mud will splash everywhere. You must get the tyre hugger for the rear and an extender for the front if you intend to use it while going to work or occasions. I usually lift my leg high up in the air whenever I see even a little splash on the road.
Hello, Sriramanan. I do not experience wobble issues on Stallion. You could try replacing the front tyre with the MRF Meteor Mo Grip. I made some detailed videos on the Wobble issue, please feel free to check them out.
I've been an RS owner from 2022 and I've had a concern to just ask your opinion about. Whenever the rear tyre goes through the raised patched on the road or goes over any objecteven a small one)..it just feels like the rear part of the bie is swerving away a bit and takes the confidence off. Have you ever felt this before? if not, what do you think the problem could be?
I have not experienced this issue, baba. In fact the huge chunky rear tyre offers a good grip. You might want to get the alignment of the tyre checked (alignment issue is the only reason I can think of)
Sir i am going to buy honda 350 ..which will perfect..to tour with my wife. Honda 350 rs Honda hness 350 Honda 350, dlx pro.. Pkease suggest (pillion comfort must)
Sir, I'm thinking of buying this but confused by reports that due to 'tall gearing' riding this bike in city traffic is painful....... what has been your experience. Thanks Sir
I do not agree with the tall gearing not suited for city part. You could easily ride at a speed of 30-80 kmph on the 3rd gear. From standstill you can easily start on the 2nd gear. Yes, in city you wouldn’t want to use the 4th and 5th gear as the powerband on those gears start from above 80kmph. In my 3 years of ownership I never felt it’s not meant for the city. P.S CB stands for City Bike. I hope this helps.
If you service your motorcycle at regular service intervals recommended by Honda, the charges will be between 2.5-4K per service after the 3rd free service. For 1,2,3 service the cost will be Rs.1700-2500 depending on parts replacement (only labor Is free) I would say, apart from petrol - if you don’t crash your motorcycle - Rs 6-7k per year for maintenance.

@@StallionRides I agree. I think that's the point with the 5th gear. Mileage. And it excels in that game.

I second that. Appreciate your input, baba 😀

@@gavinmendonzaAre you talking about hue edition in cb350 rs ? Does it have metal mudguard ?
@@gavinmendonza could that metal mudguard which is launched with hue edition can be used in hue edition or not?

So clear and crisp. Have watched many reviews on Honda CB 350 but by far I felt this video was the best. This is more like you are sharing your experiences from your heart than making a review video.

How smooth is the engine compared to activa 6g?

What is oil change interval?
Which oil you use and do you do it by yourself?
Same as during designated factory service intervals. 5500-6000 km. I have not changed oil myself yet, I will learn how to one day😀
Is it worth the money for the issues that comes with it. Mudguard rear and front even with tyre hugger mud splashes to pillion, wobbling, low headlight throw, paint quality and not much support from honda on parts compared to highness.
Yes. It is.
@@StallionRidesdo you face handle wobbling?
@@sarangz6454 I have created multiple videos on the wobble issue, you might want to check them out, baba.
I am buying this bike in blue by the end of this year.

Charging connector is provided? If not how much will cost ? And any damage to batter or engine for that?
Por reply
No. You could ask the Honda showroom to add the charging connecter from the Highness on the RS.
Or, like me, you could install the Bobo Claw grip charger, I have been using this for 3 years now.
@@StallionRides thank you so much
Hey bro, where did you bought the bash plate
@@chilambarasanb1925 I got it from Sans Classic Parts, Karol Bagh, Delhi.
Hello sir,
People say in rainy season without back tyre hugger the splash is too much…
Is it ok not to put the tyre hugger sir …?
Or is it a must.
Yes, please.
During rainy season and even on wet roads, water and mud will splash everywhere. You must get the tyre hugger for the rear and an extender for the front if you intend to use it while going to work or occasions.
I usually lift my leg high up in the air whenever I see even a little splash on the road.
@StallionRides Do you face any wobble issues. If Yes how did you resolved it?
Hello, Sriramanan. I do not experience wobble issues on Stallion.
You could try replacing the front tyre with the MRF Meteor Mo Grip.
I made some detailed videos on the Wobble issue, please feel free to check them out.
Have u faced any rusting issues in the bike?
@@vivekjasodani2118 yes.
@@StallionRidesso what is the solution?
@@rakeshcj3773 Keep your motorcycle under covered parking. And, regularly wash and maintain if you frequently ride in the rain.

Honda hness 350
Honda 350, dlx pro..

All 3 motorcycles have the same engine.
If I were in your situation, I will go with the CB350 (not highness)
@@StallionRides thank u sir ..
@@gopa_shortsandvideos Thank you, for so much respect, sir 🙂
Sir,
I'm thinking of buying this but confused by reports that due to 'tall gearing' riding this bike in city traffic is painful....... what has been your experience.
Vai Long term maintenance cost bol dena cost per service ka kitna parta he or long term me kinte cost ho sakti he ya zara bolna
If you service your motorcycle at regular service intervals recommended by Honda, the charges will be between 2.5-4K per service after the 3rd free service.
For 1,2,3 service the cost will be Rs.1700-2500 depending on parts replacement (only labor
Is free)
I would say, apart from petrol - if you don’t crash your motorcycle - Rs 6-7k per year for maintenance.
