💫💫💫💫💫review . Personally , i would prefer Nano jacket is more stylish and everyday uses. Micro jacket is bit warmer than Nano ones , but from my own experiences the Micro jacket can not really use for the very cold weather as winter time in Dec, Jan ,Feb, in Europe .Nano jacket can be more practical & longer usages time during the whole year.
comparing the warmth between these jackets is like comparing lemons and limes. yes there maybe differences in warmth but in a practical sense it doesnt matter at all. i say this because i have both the jackets and i am a sierra backpacker, both nano and the micro gets me thru the peak of the summer nights, but when fall hits in the mountains, ur gonna need a good thick down jacket for sure.
@@solukhumbu911 right these are for the summer and spring nights when u want to take the chill off. These are by no means winter jackets. I typically run warm so just giving the temps when I feel cold in them. But for sure fall and winter I’m either layering more or taking something like the down sweater
I had problems with sweating in the Nano Puff. The Micro Puff is much better at moisture management. Love its drop-in pockets, light weight, compressability, and reduced stitching. Works well solo and as a mid layer. I use it in town in winter as well as on all hiking trips. Would love a phone pocket on the chest. Thinking of adding one, or a zipper to the top of one drop pocket.
Good comperison. My friend is extrem with her micro puff. She switched away from down cause she don't want to focus to much on "protect it from rain/ don't compress when wet" anymore. I think i will also go for the micro in some years. Still happy with my old Ghostwisperer. Yes gram-counter 😂
Nano for me . Owning both , the micro plumafill looses its loft after few months , the primaloft gold of the nano stays superb. Also the nano features 20D face fabric and is much more sturdy than the Micro . Lastly the price . I got my Nano new for 140 Euro and the Micro always cost Atleast 200euro here

After a few months? Wow, going strong here after three seasons. Edit: Could be how one washes or stores it. 🤔
Also had a different experience. Of cause it's not real down so it will loose loft over time but this takes some time. Personal feeling and with my personal use i would say 3-5 years.
I only wear Patagonia sweaters. have like 5 synchillas ... I prefer my Canada goose for a jacket. I recently sold my Patagonia nano to a guy at a Starbucks, because the fitting I could never get right with nano jackets. I'm 6'1, and 300lbs .. nothing would fit me..

I typically use the nano day to day around town. It’s a great jacket. Only use the micro when I go out to the backcountry
thanks for your reply, i would very agree with you👍@@BackcountryRenegade

Are you wearing the R1 air next to your skin or with a base shirt?
@洛尘-f1m with a base. Regulary a ligthweight base 😉
What color is that nano?
